Poly Lining Systems PLS 311

Poly Lining Systems PLS 311 is specially formulated and promoted for use as a corrosion coat designed to be applied to the interior surfaces of above ground bulk petroleum storage tanks. The PLS 311 resin is intended to be applied to intact above ground storage tank bottoms and walls which do not have a large degree of pitting or corrosion loss in order to mitigate further corrosion of these surfaces.

Corrosion Resistance

The PLS 311 tank lining resin provides excellent, field-proven corrosion resistance for many fuels including: gasoline, kerosene, heating oil and crude oils. Thin Mil Application/Recoat Flexibility

The PLS 311 resin is applied to a nominal 20 mil thickness in 2 successive coats. Recoat can be performed from 3 hours to 3 days after initial coating providing a great deal of timing flexibility for the applicator.

Versatile

PLS 311 Resin is suitable for various fabricating methods such as roller application, spray application, filament winding, etc.
