- Suggest Application
- HMPSA: Simultaneous improvement of initial adhesion, peel adhesion and cohesion, improve the adhesion to non-polar material. Common application: Low temperature label such as fruits & vegetables label, vaccines & blood bottle label, Tire label ect.
- EVA hot melt adhesive: Reduce the melt viscosity, improves flexibility, and improves low temperature properties.
- Hot-Melt protective film: Increase cohesion, reduce the amount of gelatinize to save costs.
- Formulations
It is common practice to include process oil (such as 4010, 350N) in pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) formulations to improve low low temperature properties. However, this frequently will reduce adhesive stability due to the migration of oil to the adhesive interface. At high loading of process oil migration can result in lower peel, tack and shear in adhesive system. Liquid tackifying resin L-2510 replace process oil can help increase peel, tack and shear, also can give a PSA with maximum performance and stability.
