NORYL™ AP2001G polyol is a low molecular weight di-functional hydroxyl-terminated polyol based on polyphenylene ether (PPE). The incorporation of NORYL AP2001G polyol into a solid elastomer matrix may demonstrate structure-property benefits in traditional CAST polyurethane material formulations. Incorporating NORYL AP2001G polyol into these systems may: - Improve toughness and reduce abrasion - Increase tensile strength - Improve strain modulus and elongation - Maintain physical properties at elevated temperatures and after humid aging - Improve resistance to alkaline, acid, water and oil - Improve adhesion to steel This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. NORYL™ SA110A resin is a low molecular weight polymer based on polyphenylene ether (PPE). Miscibility of NORYL SA110A resin in polystyrene may allow use as a styrene endblock reinforcing resin in a variety of materials like styrene-based rubbers and styrene block copolymers. Adding NORYL SA110A resin to these systems may improve heat resistance (adhesion at elevated temperatures) while maintaining peel strength. The viscosity profile of NORYL SA110A resin makes it a good potential candidate for melt extrusion tape processes.

NORYL™ SA90 resin is a low molecular weight bi-functional oligomer with increased hydroxyl functionality based on polyphenylene ether (PPE). It has the potential to be used as a reactive component in epoxy and cyanate ester thermosets in electronics, coatings, adhesives, and composites applications. It has outstanding solubility in toluene & methyl ethyl ketone(MEK) and a low solution viscosity. Potential application areas include enhancing the performance (e.g. thermal, dielectric, mechanical, flame retardancy, and moisture uptake properties) of epoxy resins used in electronic packaging which include PCB laminates, copper clad laminates, epoxy prepregs, and protective coatings as well as various other composites applications. NORYL SA90 resin can also be blended with thermoplastic elastomers and cured elastomers, which may support the enhancement of certain properties. NORYL™ SA9000 resin is a modified, low molecular weight, bi-functional oligomer based on polyphenylene ether (PPE) with vinyl end-groups. It is well suited for use with other unsaturated monomers and resins which cure via free radical reactions. These include styrenic, allylic, acrylic, maleimide, methacrylic, and unsaturated polyesters monomers and resins. It has a low solution viscosity and outstanding solubility in toluene & methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). Key application areas are in electronic packaging which include PCB laminates, copper clad laminates, non-epoxy prepregs, and adhesives. The use of NORYL SA9000 is especially advantageous in insulating materials where very low dielectric properties and decreased moisture absorption are required. 2 - Phenyl 3,3' Bis (4-Hydroxy Phenyl) Phthalimide: SABIC PPPBP-1000 is available globally and at commercial scale. With a unique property profile, including reactivity, chemical functionality and high purity, potential uses include building blocks for epoxies and other phenolic chemistries. Compared to other common bisphenols, it can significantly enhance glass transition temperatures and lower shrinkage.

Dianhydrides & Imides SD1100P is a high-purity 4,4’-BPADA powder that can offer performance enhancements in polyimide applications such as improved solubility of polyimides in organic solvents, lower water absorption, a lower dielectric constant, a lower dissipation factor, and improved metal adhesion. It is available as a white/off-white fine powder. NORYL SA120 is intended for use as an additive in a variety of materials like styrene-based rubbers and block copolymers, epoxies, phenolics, polyurethanes and unsaturated polyesters. Adding NORYL SA120 resin to these systems may improve thermal performance (glass transition temperature), adhesion at elevated temperatures, toughness, dimensional stability, chemical resistance to acids and bases, moisture absorption, and electrical properties (dielectric constant, dissipation factor). Dianhydrides & Imides BISDA (4,4-bisphenol A dianhydride, dianhydrides of BPA) are flakes that can serve as a comonomer in polyimide synthesis or as an anhydride curing agent in epoxy applications. When utilized as an epoxy curative, it can enhance thermal performance compared to monoanhydrides and aromatic amine curing agents. Its application areas include electronics encapsulation, composites, and adhesives. Dianhydrides & Imides BISDA-derived polyimide varnishes, coatings, adhesives, films, and wire enamels offer desired solubility and stability in organic solvents even after complete imidization, heat resistance, flexibility/softness, dimensional stability, and adhesion properties for the ever-increasing design complexity of electronic devices.
