Brasmide R 1570 X is obtained through the reaction of dimerized fatty acids and polyamines. It reacts at room temperature with solid or liquid epoxy resins producing a flexible thermostable and mechanical resistance.

Brasmide R 1570 X is used to combined with epoxy resins in the formulation of finishing paints, coverings and enamels, which are characterized by its excellent adhesion and resistance It also finds applications on the adhesive manufacture.

Safety & Health
- Toxicity
Brasmide R 1570 X is considered non toxic, although it is flammable and highly irritant to the eyes. In cases of skin or eyes irritation flush the place with abundant water. If ingested do not induce vomits, drink large amount of water or mill and look for medical attention.
Use protective goggles and gloves when manipulating this resin.

Brasmide R 1570 X must get in contact with the epoxy resins only at the moment of its use. After the mixing one must wait the induction period (variable according to the formulation) before the application.

Keep in the original package. closed. Store it in a covered, dried, and well-ventilated room.
- Validity
It keeps the original characteristics for 2 years if stored in the above recommended way.
