Shandong Bailong Chuangyuan Bio-technology Prebiotic Galacto-oligosaccharide is a natural property of functional oligosaccharides. Its molecular structure is usually galactose or glucose molecules connected with 1~7 Gal, namely Gal-(Gal)n-Glc / Gal(n 0-6). In nature, there are trace amounts of GOS in animal milk, and the content is higher in breast milk. The flora of bifidobacteria in infants depends largely on the GOS components in breast milk. Galactooligosaccharides are the only 8 species of great human gut bacteria available.

GOS (up to about 5 g/100 g) can be added as a soluble fiber to infant formula, powdered milk, biscuits, dairy products, fruit drinks, confectionery, cereal bars or other commercial foods.
