Fermentation is rapid. Do not use fermentation tubes or plugs, do not use caps in fermenting containers.
- Instructions
Dissolve 6kg of sugar in 21 liters of water at 35-40°C, then pour the entire contents of the packet of yeast and mix well. Optimum fermentation temperature 22-27°C.
