BIO-SOFT® 35-7 is expected to be slightly toxic orally (LD50 > 1000 mg/kg), non-irritating to the skin and severely irritating to the eyes when tested as sold. The severity of eye irritancy of alcohol ethoxylates diminishes with dilution in water: concentrations of 1% to 10% expected to cause slight to mild eye irritation
- Workplace Exposure
Occupational exposure can occur primarily through skin contact or via inhalation of vapors and mists. Engineering controls, personal protective equipment, and other workplace practices should be used to control these exposures.

- Storage and Handling Conditions
- It is recommended that BIO-SOFT® 35-7 be stored in sealed containers kept in a well-ventilated area. Avoid overheating or freezing. Normal safety precautions (e.g., gloves and safety goggles) should be employed when handing BIO-SOFT® 35-7. Contact with eyes, nose or prolonged contact with skin should be avoided. Wash thoroughly after handling BIO-SOFT® 35-7.
- Non-Bulk Storage Recommendations: BIO-SOFT® 35-7 should be stored in closed containers and kept in a cool, dry place away from incompatible materials (see Section 10 of the SDS). BIO-SOFT 35-7 should be stored in original containers and kept in a dry place away from incompatible materials. If material is frozen, it should be heated gently and stirred to ensure it is homogeneous before use. Product should be stored between 30°C (86°F) to 50°C (122°F).
