Epoxy coatings of gloss levels ranging from 5 to 15% and hybrid coatings with gloss levels ranging from 15% to 60% (or greater) may easily be formulated by the use of CASAMID 1416. For most effective results, hybrid powder coatings should not contain more than 5% titanium dioxide. Coatings produced with Casamid™ 1416 are characterized by good flow and surface smoothness. Minimum cure schedule recommended is 10 minutes at 180°C (metal temperature). See formulation guidelines for further details.
