It is a minimum 99.9% sodium chloride, uniform in crystal size, fast dissolving, and produces a clear brine. Tru-Flo Untreated Food Grade Salt meets or exceeds FDA and Food Chemical Codex standards for food grade salt and is annually certified kosher. Its total calcium and magnesium content does not exceed 30 ppm. Our high purity untreated salt is used in food processing and like all salt, enhances our enjoyment of a wide variety of foods by heightening the flavor of meat, baked goods and so much more.

Tru-Flo® Low Calcium/magnesium Food Grade Salt is a high purity salt that is a minimum 99.9% pure sodium chloride. It is uniform in crystal size, fast dissolving, and produces a clear brine. The product meets or exceeds FDA and Food Chemical Codex standards for food grade salt and is annually certified kosher. Its total calcium and magnesium content does not exceed 30 ppm. Tru-Flo® LOW CALCIUM/MAGNESIUM FOOD GRADE SALT
