Product Highlights

Silane USi-SL25 is a new type of bifunctional agent with isocyanato group and triethoxysilyl group, can be easily hydrolyzed and crosslinked. The dual nature allows it to bind chemically both inorganic materials (glass, sand and fillers) and organic polymers (thermo-sets, thermo-plastics). By adding Silane USi-SL25 into rubber, the mechanical properties of the vulcanized, in particular the elongation properties and the abrasion resistance are improved without the difference in rebound resilience. Also can be used in adhesives and polyurethane sealant and coating application in order to improve self cross-linking, moisture curable and excellent adhesion to inorganic materials.
