Highly Conductive Silver Coating for EMI Shielding Semiconductor Packages 842UR is a 1-part, heat-cured, silver polyurethane coating. It is a smooth, flexible coating that provides excellent electrical conductivity at a low film thickness. It maintains flexibility at low temperatures, provides exceptional adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, and provides excellent environmental stability. 842UR is designed for large volume board-level or package-level EMI shielding applications. It can replace traditional metal lid, which reduces cost, board thickness, and mass.

838AR-P pen dispenses an acrylic lacquer pigmented with conductive carbon. The cured traces are durable and corrosion resistant. They adhere well to plastics and most electronic substrates. The traces are flexible, but the product works best on a smooth, flat, hard surface. The valve tip opens when pressed against the surface, and the flow is controlled by squeezing the barrel. This pen repairs traces on keyboards, game controllers or remote controls. It is also good for making small connections, such as jumpers, through-holes, bridges, and links. It is great for drawing resistors too, and it can be used to increase the surface area of contacts by painting the area around them. Use this pen when high conductivity is not required. For applications requiring lower resistance, use the 841AR-P Nickel Conductive Pen or the 842AR-P Silver Conductive Pen.

Total Ground™ Carbon Conductive Spray Paint 838AR is an economical conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with highly conductive carbon powder. It is smooth, durable, and abrasion resistant. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT and PVA. It provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 838AR is excellent for creating grounded surfaces and in low frequency RFI shielding applications, such as pickup cavities on electric guitars. It is also perfect for shielding metal detectors and other devices where a metalfilled conductive paint would cause malfunction.

9400 is an electrically conductive, silver-filled, 1-part epoxy adhesive with a low cure temperature. It is smooth, thixotropic, non-sagging, and bonds well to a wide variety of substances. It has an unlimited working life at room temperature. This product can create electrically conductive bonds where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to heat-sensitive components, glass, soft metals, or conductive polymers. It also works well in semi-conductor packaging, microelectronic attachment and lid-sealing, and as a die attach for small chips, LEDs and diodes. It does not require mixing and can be readily used in manual, pneumatic and robotic dispensing processes. 9400 has been formulated to have a low Tg, which allows for minimal stress on substrates during temperature changes. For a higher Tg, use 9410.

9410 is a 1-part electrically conductive epoxy adhesive. It has unlimited working time at room temperature. It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates, and offers strong chemical resistance. 9410 is designed for semi-conductor flip chip packaging as well as die attach for small chips, LEDs and diodes. It provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding and is very effective at filling in seams between metal plates. It can be readily used in manual, pneumatic and robotic dispensing processes.

8331S – Silver Conductive Epoxy Adhesive This electrically conductive paste is a 2-part heat-cured epoxy with a long working time. It is smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This electrically conductive epoxy paste can be used as a solder replacement for bonding heat-sensitive electronic components, or for making conductive connections where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to glass, soft metals, or plastics. It provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding and is very effective in filling seams between metal plates. 8331S has been formulated to be economical. For a higher fill version that maximizes conductivity, use 8330S. For a shorter working time or room temperature cure, use 8331 or 8331D. For a 1-part alternative use 9410 or 9400. We also offer a full line of thermally conductive electrically insulating epoxy adhesives.

8330S Silver Conductive Epoxy Adhesive: Slow Cure / Extreme Conductivity

9460TC is a 1-part, heat cured only, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive with an unlimited working time. It is an off-white, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This 1-part adhesive is used to glue heat sinks to LEDs, CPUs and other heat-generating components. It does not require mixing and is suitable for use with manual, pneumatic, and automatic dispensing systems.

CGSTAPE - 7659 is a CM polyimide film formed by sputtering metal aluminum, then develops thin aluminum layer, with one side insulation, the other side high conduct electricity. It not only has the performance of excellent heat resistant, mechanical, chemical stability, radiation resistant, and self-extinguishing, but also emi shielding, high thermal conductivity. Now we have HN polyimide film sputtering aluminum and black polyimide film sputtering aluminum.

102-32D is a flexible, electrically conductive, silicone-based ink and adhesive. The overall balance of peel strength, cohesion, lap shear strength and high temperature holding power provides a versatility that makes this product useful in a wide range of fastening and bonding applications. This product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some applications for 102-32D include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, and electrical attachments for stress sensitive devices. 102-32D is one of the few conductive adhesives that can bond to silicone substrates and surfaces. EG8050 is an electrically conductive, silver filled epoxy which exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials with highly mismatched CTE's (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). Post bake at 100°c or 125°c for 24 hrs using a vacuum or air flow oven is recommended in order to pass NASA outgassing testing. It can be readily reworked at 80-150°C and is ideal for applications such as large area die attach and substrate attach because of it's ability to bond materials with highly mismatched CTE.

ME7155-AN is a reworkable, aluminum nitride filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive which exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials having highly mismatched CTE's (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). The high thermal conductivity of this material makes it useful for bonding high-powered, large area die and components. It can be readily reworked at 80-100°C.

TP8205 is a silver filled, low bond strength thermoplastic film adhesive. It is designed for bonding heat sink, component, and substrate. It is electrically and thermally conductive.

CGSTAPE - 9798 is a copper foil with acrylic consists of a 1 ounce copper foil backing and unique electrically conductive pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. Supplied on a removable liner for easy handling and die cutting,.

ME8155 is a silver filled paste, reworkable, solvent free, and electrically and thermally conductive. It exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials having highly mismatched CTE's (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). This paste can be used for screen printing and it can be readily reworked at 80-100°C.

TP7205 is an alumina filled, low bond strength thermoplastic film adhesive. It is designed for bonding heat-sink, component, and substrate. TP7205 has good thermal conductivity and is tacky at room temperature. The adhesive film typically can be used for most applications at temperature from -65 to 150°C. Customers must test the adhesive for their specific application to confirm its suitability.

ME-506 ALCU broadband Electrical isolation coating is a coated carbon, aluminum and copper blend based paint in a proprietary urethane acrylic resin. It provides broadband RF isolation in a thin format. Its durable abrasion resistant finish is stable in hot and cold environments. The product can be applied with a brush or sprayer or screen printed. It has excellent UV and fire resistance.

ME8412 is a silver filled, solvent free, electrically and thermally conductive paste. It is designed for automated, online, die attach processing. It is thixotropic and will not sag on vertical surfaces. Designed to meet the hybrid adhesive specification, Mil Std 883; Method 5011.4 in terms of ionic impurities, ME8412 exhibits low outgassing at 125C and passes NASA outgassing requirements.

126-28 is a carbon filled, screen-printable, electrically conductive ink suitable for application by screen-printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, and a variety of other surfaces. Its low Tg imposes minimum thermal stress on bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing. It has excellent thermal conductivity and can be used for most applications at temperatures from -65 to 150°C. It is reworkable at 80-150°C. Customers must test the adhesive for their specific applications to confirm its suitability. TC8750 is designed to meet the hybrid adhesive specification MIL-STD-883; Method 5011. ME8630-DA is an extra fine silver filled 100% solid low viscosity die-attach for finer pitch application. It is a low stress, low temperature curable die-attach adhesive paste. This single component, silver filled paste is electrically and thermally conductive. It is highly thixotropic with outstanding compatibility for bonding different adherends. The relatively medium Tg and modulus made it suitable for bonding both smaller and relatively large devices. ME8630-DA has been designed to eliminate bleeding on both silver plated copper and alloy 42 leadframes. It maintains more than 300 psi bond strength at 250°C for high temperature wire-bonding.
