Jalpon™ 1500A is a rust preventive base compound that is comprised primarily of gelled calcium sulfonate and a proprietary wax blend. The combination of high non-volatiles and moderately high viscosity will produce firm and waxy films that performs well under severe conditions, particularly salt environments. This product can be used “as is”, further diluted or formulated, using a variety of compatible coating components.

Andisil® MOH 100 is a Monofunctional Silanol Polymer.Andisil® OH Polymers are a series of silanol functional fluids with various viscosities and silanol contents. They are useful in the treatment of fillers and as Anti-Structuring additives in high consistency silicone rubber and silicone Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) formulations. The low viscosity grades can be used as reactive diluents for high viscosity polymers to adjust the overall viscosity of the formulation. They have excellent stability and can be used with catalytic amounts of ammonium carbonate to treat reinforcing fillers in-situ. Andisil® OH products are pure and do not contain any plasticizers or additives. Curing of the Andisil® OH series can be achieved by all usual condensation crosslinkers (i.e. Alkoxy silanes, oxime silanes, acetoxy silanes) in conjunction with catalysts—the use of dibutyl tin dilaurate or stannous octoate have been found effective as catalysts for these reaction.

Andisil® crosslinkers and chain extenders are reactive silicon-hydride containing polysiloxanes that can be used in addition cure systems with Andisil® VS polymers or Andisil® Reactive Methyl Phenyl polymers and a Andisil® platinum catalyst. They are available in various viscosities and silicon-hydride contents.

Duramac® 51-5150 is a medium oil alkyd that meets the specification requirements of tt-r-266d type iii. It is designed to be used in brushable a.I.M. Enamels. Manufactured in North America. All components of this product are listed on the DSL.

TiONA® 595 is a multipurpose chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide pigment designed to give an outstanding combination of dispersion, opacity, gloss and durability in a wide range of coating applications.

Trilene® CP-1100 is a low molecular weight ethylene-propylene liquid copolymer, randomly polymerized to produce a liquid elastomer with a stable, saturated hydrocarbon backbone. It has thermal and oxidation stability under normal conditions. Trilene® CP-1100 can be used as a high viscosity thickener for a wide range of lubricant products providing good shear stability and low temperature characteristics.

Extendospheres® SGT is our most versatile, general purpose hollow sphere grade. Sphere One’s Extendospheres® are low density, highstrength hollow ceramic spheres. They can allow the formulator to reduce the weight and overall cost of their finished goods.

AR990 is a blend of expanded Aramid fibers with talc. The high technical properties of expanded Aramid blends provide economical rapid dispersion in compounds. High temperature, high tensile and impact strengths are coupled with chemical resistant high thixotrophy fibers.

TRI-REZ® Polyol 1030-90 is a non-crystalline low viscosity saturated linear polyester polyol designed for polyurethane based coatings, adhesives and foams. Emulsifen G5000 is a liquid anionic bitumen emulsifyng agent derived from a natural resin that was processed, neutralized and solubilized in water. The active ingredient for this product is obtained from a tree native to Brazil. This flexible and convenient emulsifier can be used by itself or as a raw material with other substances for applications in anionic bitumen emulsions.
