Andisil® OH 4,000 is a Silanol terminated fluid.Andisil® OH Polymers are a series of silanol functional fluids with various viscosities and silanol contents. They are useful in the treatment of fillers and as Anti-Structuring additives in high consistency silicone rubber and silicone Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) formulations. The low viscosity grades can be used as reactive diluents for high viscosity polymers to adjust the overall viscosity of the formulation. They have excellent stability and can be used with catalytic amounts of ammonium carbonate to treat reinforcing fillers in-situ. Andisil® OH products are pure and do not contain any plasticizers or additives. Curing of the Andisil® OH series can be achieved by all usual condensation crosslinkers (i.e. Alkoxy silanes, oxime silanes, acetoxy silanes) in conjunction with catalysts—the use of dibutyl tin dilaurate or stannous octoate have been found effective as catalysts for these reaction.

IsoCoat 401 is an aqueous aromatic polyamide- imide solution which can be utilized for producing coatings where excellent chemical and thermal resistance is required.

Andisil® MS 32 fluid is a trimethylsiloxy-terminated mercaptopropyl methyl dimethyl polysiloxane copolymer used to improve the adhesion to metal and fiber surfaces along with better corrosion inhibiting properties in auto-care products or formulations compared to conventional silicone fluids. The Andisil® MS 32 fluid has been made with a 20:1 ratio of dimethylsiloxy to mercaptopropyl methylsiloxy groups that are randomly pendant along the polymer backbone. The product can also be used as a release agent for rubber and plastic articles. It has utility as an additive in UV and EB curing inks and coatings.

EBECRYL® 4250 is an undiluted isocyanate functional urethane acrylate designed as an adhesion promoter in UV and EB coatings. This versatile product can be combined with hydroxyl-bearing resins to formulate coatings that undergo a dual-cure process involving UV-induced polymerization and the NCO/OH reaction. It is particularly effective in pure UV-curing coatings, enhancing adhesion on critical substrates such as plastic, metal, and exotic woods. EBECRYL® 4250 is well-suited for formulating moisture-curing one-component polyurethane coatings, especially for one-component adhesion primers. It finds applications in radiation-curable coatings and other specialty coatings.

PUREti™ TIC 35 is an improved version of PUREti TIC30. It’s provide better stability to the ink as well as improve adhesion on polymer substrate. PUREti TIC 35 is an acetylacetone free titanium chelate. The phosphate ligand confers increased stability to the titanate compared with the titanium alkoxides.

A high concentration amino functional metal organic adhesion promoter absorbed upon a high surface area precipitated silica carrier. The product is a dry free flowing solid which physically breaks down upon compounding (Banbury, Henschel, etc.) to release the active amino functional adhesion promoter. The quantity of carrier solvent introduced to the powder coating, rubber, etc. Is reduced by 65% vs. Chartsil B-515.1.

GP® BKUA-2370 resin dispersion is in a solvent of water and butyl Cellosolve® (ethylene glycol monobutyl ether). It is an effective crosslinker for adhesion of latex and phenoxy polymers and is formulated to improve chemical resistance.

SR3602-37W is an aromatic polyamide-imide solution which can be utilized for producing coatings where excellent chemical and thermal resistance is required.

Organofunctional Silanes have an organic functional end group and an alkoxy functional end group which allow the silane to act as a bridge between organic materials and inorganic substrates. The organic functional group is matched to the resin system while the alkoxy group provides the reactive site for crosslinking. These materials are useful as adhesion promoters, crosslinking agents, surface modifiers and hydrophobizing agents.

An increased reactivity amino functional metal organic adhesion promoter synthesized with a stabilized MEA neutralized metal complex. The product is supplied as a solution in propylene glycol. The MEA level has been reduced, resulting in further enhancements in wet adhesion.

Andisil® 137 Silane is a monomeric medium-chain alkyl functional silane. Andisil® 137 Silane is a clear, colorless liquid with an odor characteristic of alcohols.

PUREti™ TAA 65 is a titanium chelate ( ethoxy iso-propoxy titanium bis(2,4 pentanedionate) or ethoxy iso-propoxy titanium acetylacetonate). The acetylacetonate ligands confer increased hydrolytic stability to the titanate compared with the titanium alkoxides. PUREti TAA 65 is used as a printing ink additive to improve adhesion, heat stability & other resistance properties and as a coupling agent for fillers and glass fibers.
