Bisphenol A Glycidyl Methacrylate, or bis-GMA is a high viscosity resin that has been used in dental formulations for years. Our bis GMA is manufactured with low levels of BPA or bisphenol A and low color.

PL-3116 is a monofunctional monomer providing good adhesion, high Tg, and low viscosity.

PL-3216 is a difunctional monomer providing water resistance and fast cure.

MERACRYL™ n-BMA is used to provide flexibility to polymers due to its softening temperatures of 20 °C.

PL-7000 is a low viscosity urethane dimethacrylate. When cured, PL-7000 exhibits good hardness and strength. PL-7000 is low in color.

SILIKAL® RH 65 resin s a solvent free, fast curing MMA resin of very low viscosity. It is used for indoor screeds of 5-20 mm on concrete to equalize an uneven concrete surface. Screeds must be overlaid with a Silikal® coating system according to System A – E. The fast curing time of 1 hour, flexibility and filler rich formulation of 1 : 8 makes the mortar economical and can be applied at temperatures between 0°C and 35°C (refer to table of hardener). Hot water loadings must be limited to 60 °C. Excess temperature up to 80 °C will be accepted for a short moment as long as the temperature of the complete layer does not adopt the higher degree.

PL-3300A is a trifunctional monomer that provides hardness and cure speed.

x-bond® M 9004 is a methacrylate modified silicon dioxide and zirconia based high solid binder. Exhibits hardness, high abrasion, scratch stability with high chemical resistance (solvents, acids and bases). The coatings can be cross-linked by UV or electron beam curing. Thermal curing is also possible. It is a transparent or translucent inorganic-organic high solid binder. Suitable to formulate spraying, dipping and brushing paints and coatings for coil applications. Recommended for use in varnishes also.

PL-3220 is a difunctional monomer providing a good balance of hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity.

PL-7121 is a novel low-shrink urethane monomer based on Esstech's proprietary methacrylate technology. PL-7121 possesses a volumetric shrinkage of 2.0 - 2.5% and conversion of 65 - 80% without filler. PL-7121 has very low color and can be added to formulations to add toughness. PL-7121 possess the excellent combination of superior elongation and strength.

PL-3100 is a monofunctional monomer with excellent hardness properties.

PL-7110 is a low color urethane that is a viscous liquid at room temperature. Upon cure, PL-7110 creates a tough polymer with percent elongation near 60%. PL-7110 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add toughness.

PHOTOMER® 2317 is a Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate (HPMA) which provides important properties to polymer products including hydrophilicity, improved adhesion to substrates, and crosslinking sites.

PL-7002 is a tetrafunctional polymethacrylate. This increased functionality results in faster cure speeds due to increased cross-linking capacity. Upon curing, PL-7002 exhibits very high Shore D hardness values. PL-7002 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add strength.

SiliXan® M 400 is methacrylate modified polymer based on SiO2 /TiO2 is used as unsaturated binder for the formulation of scratch resistant UV coatings. Additive for commercial acrylate- or methacrylate based coating formulations, inks or binder. This binder is preferably used for UV-curing formulation, but also use for peroxidic thermal curing is possible. UV-Protection-Additive.

PL-3124 2-Phenoxy Ethyl Methacrylate is a monofunctional monomer providing low odor and good adhesion properties.

PL-7210 has a unique combination of high tensile strength and good elongation, which results in excellent toughness upon curing. PL-7210 is also very low color.

MM-304 is a liquid mono-functional methacrylate monomer. It has similar properties as Isobornyl Methacrylate (IBOMA) when polymerized but with lower weight loss on cure. It has a mild, pleasant odor. MM-304 has good resistance to hydrolysis.

MERACRYL™ i-BMA provides flexibility due to its softening temperatures of 50 °C.
