Rheovis® PU 1191 is a rheology modifier with high pseudoplastic viscosity compared to other polyurethane thickeners. It is heavy metal-, solvent-, and VOC-free, ensuring easy incorporation and handling. This environmentally friendly and highly efficient modifier supports film formation, pigment wetting, and demonstrates superior sag resistance, low viscosity drop on tinting, and excellent chemical- and UV-stability.

Dispex® Ultra FA 4416 is an outstanding wetting and dispersing agent for aqueous coatings, providing high gloss, excellent color strength, and excellent rub-out properties. Presented in yellow, viscous liquid form, Dispex® Ultra FA 4416 is ideal for aqueous top coats based on various binder types such as polyester solutions, polyacrylics, and PUR-emulsions.

Rheovis® PU 1190 is a polyurethane-based associative thickener, a solvent-free non-ionic rheology additive with strong thickening properties at low shear stress. It achieves higher pseudoplastic viscosities compared to other PUR thickeners, offering excellent film-forming properties, good pigment wetting, and high UV stability.

Rheovis® PU 1331 is a versatile rheology modifier, usable as a sole thickener or in combination with other rheology modifiers, depending on the desired rheology profile. When used alone, Rheovis® PU 1331 creates an almost Newtonian rheology profile, which is desirable in wood coatings where excellent penetration and leveling are important.

Efka® PU 4047 is a high-molecular-weight dispersing agent used in high-quality industrial coatings such as automotive topcoats, coil coatings, 2-pack polyurethane coating systems, and pigment concentrates. Its higher molecular weight compared to Efka® PU 4046 results in stronger deflocculation with some organic pigments and carbon blacks.

Waterpoxy® 1455 serves multiple functions, including acting as a hardener, binder, and integral component in corrosion-resistant formulations. Tinuvin® 144 is a Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer (HALS) belonging to the family of Bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl) [[3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]methyl]butylmalonate. As a versatile CASE ingredient, it functions as a light stabilizer and UV absorber (UVA) in various applications, particularly in the automotive and transportation sectors, including OEM coatings. Tinopal® OB CO is a fluorescent optical brightener that offers excellent heat resistance, high chemical stability, and brilliant bluish whitening effects. It exhibits good compatibility with a wide range of resins for coating and printing ink applications. This product is available in the form of a yellow powder.

Waterpoxy® 751 is a versatile product known for its corrosion resistance, excellent pigment wetting, and recoatability. It caters to various markets, including automotive and transportation. Its applications span across different paint and coating categories, such as automotive OEM coatings, marine coatings, coatings and finishes for automotive transportation, industrial coatings, and transportation-related coatings, and it's compatible with marine polymers and resins. This epoxy (EP) coating is primarily used as a 2K (two-component) coating, suitable for primers, topcoats, and waterborne coatings, and is available in a liquid physical form.

Tinuvin® 292is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) developed specifically for coatings. It comprises an almost pure mixture of two active ingredients, allowing it to remain in liquid form, unlike the tendency of pure diester to solidify, even at room temperature. The efficiency of Tinuvin 292 significantly prolongs the lifetime of coatings by reducing paint defects such as cracking and loss of gloss. Efka® RM 1920 serves as a rheology modifier for solvent-based systems. It is a particularly finely ground additive used to impart a thixotropic effect to paints, printing inks, and other coatings. This additive effectively prevents sagging of thick films on vertical surfaces while generally improving working and flow properties. It substantially reduces pigment settling. The chemical nature of Efka® RM 1920 involves hydrogenated castor oil.

Efka® RM 1469 is a multifunctional additive designed to serve as a rheology modifier, anti-sagging agent, and thickener. This versatile product is compatible with various polymers and resins, including polyurethanes (PU), acrylics, melamines and melamine formaldehydes (MF), and cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB), along with polyesters. Joncryl® 8387 is a self-crosslinking, newer generation dispersion based on the rheology-controlled technology platform, tailor-made for exterior wood. Classified as an anionic dispersion, it is presented in liquid form. This product serves as a universal binder for exterior wood coatings in decorative and joinery applications, suitable for clear, semi-transparent, and opaque topcoats, as well as primers and impregnations. Joncryl® 8387 exhibits excellent blocking resistance, outstanding water and blushing resistance, and superior wet adhesion.

Joncryl® 8383 is a rheology-controlled (RC) aqueous dispersion of an acrylic self-crosslinking polymer. Classified as an anionic dispersion, it is presented in liquid form. It provides an excellent balance of surface hardness, elasticity, and durability, coupled with superior water and blushing resistance. Joncryl® 8383 also exhibits good blocking resistance, strong interaction with associative thickeners, very good wet adhesion, and a clear film resistant to yellowing. 

Joncryl® 8386 is an acrylic binder and resin belonging to the CASE ingredient family. FoamStar® ST 2454 is a defoamer highly recommended for systems based on PU-emulsions, amine-neutralized resins, and aqueous 2-pack PU coatings. It is especially efficient in PU emulsions, hybrid systems, and PE solutions, typically without causing a reduction of gloss or transparency. It can be used in clear and top coats.

SILRES® BS 43 N is a water-dilutable silicone resin emulsion primarily used as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and silicone resin plasters. It serves as the main binder in these formulations, playing a crucial role in their performance. When properly formulated with SILRES® BS 43 N, the resulting products exhibit several desirable characteristics. They demonstrate high permeability to water vapor and CO2, allowing for effective moisture and gas exchange. Additionally, these products have low water absorption coefficients, which help minimize water ingress and potential damage.

SILRES® BS 45 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. The dispersion offers properties such as high abrasion resistance, easy-to-clean surfaces, and high heat resistance.

SILRES® BS 6042 is a solventless, water-dilutable emulsion of a modified silicone resin that is specifically designed to be used as a standalone silicone in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. When incorporated into coatings, SILRES® BS 6042 imparts several beneficial properties. These include long-lasting reduced water absorption, efficient resistance to early rain, and high water vapor permeability. VINNAPAS® 827 ED is an all-round construction dispersion for two-component dry mix mortars and ready-to-use dispersion-based construction products. It is specifically suitable for ETICS/EIFS applications as a cement admix dispersion or sole binder in ready-to-use ETICS/EIFS base or top coats. VINNAPAS® 827 ED is a semi-flexible, medium-particle-size synthetic resin dispersion based on a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride, and it contains a protective colloid.

SILRES® BS 50 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of a special blend of silicone resin and polydimethylsiloxane. It is recommended as an additive for porous masonry coatings to make them water-repellent. SILRES® BS 50 is particularly suitable for silicate emulsion paints and plasters.

PRIMIS® AF 1000 is a composite dispersion with an aqueous base, which incorporates unique characteristics derived from both organic and inorganic components. The dispersion particles consist of inorganic silica particles at their core, while the outer shell is composed of acrylate copolymers. Notably, the manufacturing process of PRIMIS® AF 1000 ensures that it is free from alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO) compounds.

SILRES® BS 54 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the manufacturing of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is specifically utilized as a binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. When formulated correctly, products incorporating SILRES® BS 54 exhibit desirable characteristics such as high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and an extended lifespan. Additionally, the use of SILRES® BS Additive helps achieve an excellent beading effect. For optimal protection, it is recommended to prime facades before applying paint.

SILRES® BS 1360 is a nonionic, solvent-free, water-dilutable emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It can be added in undiluted form to aqueous masonry protection agents either during or after their production. Similar to SILRES® BS 1346, SILRES® BS 1360 is used undiluted as a hydrophobizing additive for aqueous masonry paints. Its primary functions are to enhance water repellency, water resistance, water vapor permeability, processability, and anti-blocking properties.

SILRES® BS 1306 is a solventless, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It can also be used as a water-repellent primer, in which case it should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part SILRES® BS 1306 to 9 parts water. If the primer is required to strengthen the substrate, we recommend adding a polymer dispersion in hydrosol form.

VINNAPAS® EZ 3019 is a protective colloid-stabilized dispersion of a vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl ester terpolymer. It has a medium particle size. VINNAPAS® EZ 3019 is produced without the addition of any plasticizers or solvents, and it is also free from alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds.

SILRES® BS 60 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is primarily used as the main binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. When formulated correctly, products utilizing SILRES® BS 60 exhibit desirable properties, including high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and a long lifespan. These characteristics contribute to the overall performance and durability of the finished products.

SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. Additionally, it improves the processability and antiblocking characteristics of the aqueous coatings.

ELASTOSIL® RD 6620 F is a solvent-based addition-curing silicone rubber dispersion specifically designed for textile coatings, particularly as a topcoat. It provides a matt finish and exhibits properties such as reduced coefficient of friction and high abrasion stability. It is commonly used in architectural textiles.
