N751 is a semi-porous mat most frequently used for structural strength in flat or slightly contoured parts manufactured by Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), Compression Molding and Closed Mold Injection. N751 functions equally well as reinforcement in both Pultrusion and Continuous Lamination processes. With the addition of an optional extra surface veil, N751 provides an outstanding surface finish.

A proprietary sizing applied on the fibers assures excellent resin-to-glass bonding.Corrosion resistant R25H Direct Rovings made of Advantex® glass are specifically designed for filament winding processes (continuous or discontinuous) for the manufacturing of composite pipes. The silane sizing of R25H is designed for excellent adhesion to thermoset resins and is also drinking water contact approved. Mafic Basalt Direct Roving 10 µm is a diameter for reinforcement of thermoplastic and thermoset polymers.

Conformat N700 is a continuous strand, glass fiber reinforcing mat. N700 is a semi-porous mat most frequently used in flat or slightly contoured parts manufactured by Compression Molding, Closed Mold Injection, Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) and Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) processes. Parts produced using N700 have excellent trimming and punching qualities. N700 is produced with a 5 mil thick surfacing veil on both surfaces for improved surface qualities on finished parts.

3B Fiberglass DS 2200-13P is a 13 μm filament dia-meter, 4 mm long chopped glass fiber designed for production of Polyolefin compounds.DS 2200-13P shows outstanding compatibility with Polypropylene. This is the material of choice for very high glass content (up to 50 %wt) compound grades that require good fiber dispersion as well as mechanical properties. DS 2200-13P is also desig-ned for parts weathering in prolonged contact with water, detergents and glycol. DS 2200-13P can also be used in applications complying with strin-gent requirements of food contact and drinkable water standards EC 10/2011, FDA, BfR and ACS. DS 2200-13P is supplied on a pel-letized form and offers outstanding feeding-to-extruder behavior as well as excellent fiber impregnation.DS 2200-13P’s sizing chemistry also requires reduced amount of coupling agents so that parts reach optimum mechanical performances.

Kamenny Vek BCS 13-1/4”-KV18 is mainly recommended for production of compounds by extrusion process with polypropylene, polyethylene and high density polyethylene resins.
