MULSIFAN polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol esters provide excellent nonionic water and oil emulsifying properties in hard and soft water with low foaming tendency. MULSIFAN ethers are also excellent nonionic surfactants, coupling and wetting agents. A wide range of HLB values are available to meet the formulation requirements of metalworking fluids and water-based hydraulic fluids. These products are also widely used as surfactants and dispersants for industrial cleaners, degreasers, personal care and cosmetic applications

INTERCOOL® R-4441 inhibitors is designed to reestablish proper levels of corrosion inhibitors and pH buffers in an existing glycol fluid. Over time, the corrosion inhibitor and pH buffer levels of an inhibited glycol fluid will slowly become depleted. R-Series inhibitors will replenish the critical levels of corrosion inhibitors and pH buffers to ensure proper long-term corrosion protection.

K-CORR® 1227 (formerly KX1227) is an oil soluble, liquid corrosion preventive additive that is designed to be used with NA-SUL®Â® corrosion inhibitors to boost performance for difficult applications. It improves performance in humidity, salt fog and especially where corrosive residues of combustion form on metal surfaces.

A specially blended, highly effective, non-silicone oil-based anti-foam agent. It is used in very small quantities where foaming has become a problem.

Reductol is a blend of multifunctional fatty esters and soaps as well as surfactants designed to eliminate and prevent all types of coolant borne odors including sulfide and the musty odors created by shorter chained fatty acids. The specially formulated surfactants in Reductol also aid in the chemical breakdown of the biofilm, the nest where bacteria and fungi grow and breed, allowing it to be carried out with the chips or filtration equipment, thereby providing a bio-stable metalworking fluid. Reductol does not contain any heavy metals in the formulation and is easily waste treated by all current methods.

RIANOX® L64 is a mixture of aminic and high molecular weight phenolic antioxidant for lubricants.

TemProTAC is a special inhibitor formulation serving as main component for water borne corrosion protection products, rinsing fluids or cleaning bath. The main advantage is that you have corrosion protection during and after the actual process.

K-CORR® G-1086A is a proprietary rust inhibitor system developed for industrial and automotive greases.

Ven-Trol 401™ is a multipurpose drilling fluid additive designed to stabilize shale, prevent cuttings dispersion and provide lubricity in both water and oil base muds. Ven-Fyber 401™ is designed to reduce problems associated with drilling fluid sensitive shales. Ven-Trol 401™ incorporate an oil dispersible resin on a micronized cellulose fiber. Maxbase 110 is a low sulfonate, high soap “fighting grade” soluble oil add pack which provides stability in hard or soft water. This material also provides good CI properties and is readily compatible with other additives including EPs, esters and chlorinated paraffin. Maxbase 110 can also be used as the primary emulsifiers for semi-synthetic concentrates. This material is designed for use with naphthenic base oils. Chlorine, phenol and nitrite free.

Surmax® CS-515 is an alkaline stable surfactant which is ideally suited for removal of oils and particulates at temperatures below 140° F. Due to a moderate foam generation, Surmax® CS-515 is ideally suited to soak cleaner applications

Chemax EMX –1154 is recommended low foaming, self-emulsifying additive for the production of a stable emulsion of vegetable oils and naphthenic oil in hard water.

Surmax®CS-684 is a low foaming alkaline stable surfactant which is designed for application temperatures above 60°C.

Maxbase 190 provides to easy formulating of soluble oils with high concentrations of chlorinated paraffins and sulfur and is also effective when cold water has to be used. Provides excellent emulsification with additive levels as low as 15%

Roksol EMB 2 is a mineral oil emulsifier used in the metallurgical industry. The product is a complex mixture of surfactants and functional additives improving lubricating properties. Does not contain nitrites, phenols, DEA, chlorine or boron compounds harmful to health. The product is a clear liquid mixture with a viscous oil consistency and a light to dark brown color.

Maxbase 1122 is a sulfonate free additive package for demanding applications. The product offers good CI and emulsion stability in hard water. This material is readily compatible with other additives including EPs and esters. This material is designed for use with Group I and Group II paraffinic oils.

Maxhib AA-0223 protects multiple aluminum alloys from staining in traditional metal working fluids. This material is both oil and solvent soluble and forms a stable dispersion at aqueous dilution. Recommended use level in fluid concentrate: 2 – 5% by wt

Maxhib OS-4300 is a corrosion inhibiting additive that when diluted with oil, kerosene or mineral spirits, is recommended as a rust inhibitor in an acid atmosphere. Maxhib OS-4300 may be used as a corrosion inhibitors additive for the preparation of metalworking products; oil and solvent based corrosion preventives and slushing oils. Maxhib OS-4300 is excellent in acid atmosphere to protect exposed steel.

Surmax®CS-555 is an alkaline stable surfactant designed for formulating low foaming, liquid cleaner concentrates containing high levels of caustic and/or other alkaline compounds. Surmax®CS-555 exhibits optimum detergency and low foaming properties at low application temperatures (<60°C). This material is non-substantive to metal surfaces and is, therefore, ideally suited for pre-plating and pre-painting applications.
