PULPSIL® 955 S is a hydrolytically stable silicone surfactant that is water-dispersible and consists of a polyethermodified silicone fluid. This product significantly improves the efficiency of paper deaerators, enhances the drainage and deaeration processes in pulp production, and acts as a booster for pulp defoamers beyond their cloud point.

SILFAR® SE 4 is a silicone antifoam emulsion that finds its use in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in fermentation processes and agrochemical formulations. It serves as an effective antifoam agent in various stages, including fermentation and downstream processes like active ingredient extraction and solvent recovery, where compliance with USP and EP standards is necessary.

LIOSIL® TS 40 E is a microemulsion of a functional silicone fluid specifically developed as a softener for the tissue industry. It offers excellent softness and a very good hydrophilic nature. The product is easily diluted with water and exhibits high substantivity on cellulose fibers. It is a microemulsion.

SILFAR® S 184 is a 100% silicone antifoam agent specially designed for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. It fully adheres to the specifications outlined in the "Simeticone (EP)" and "Simethicone (USP)" monographs. Produced under cGMP guidelines, SILFAR® S 184 is suitable for use as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), particularly in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.

SILFOAM® SE 2660 SIMETH.EM is a medium- to high-viscosity antifoam emulsion that finds application in various industries. It is particularly effective when formulated as an emulsion, making it an excellent antifoam agent for various pulp processing steps, including washing, screening, bleaching, and wastewater treatment. The product exhibits thixotropic properties, requiring gentle stirring to reduce viscosity.

PULPSIL® 238 C is a highly viscous silicone antifoam compound, specifically formulated for use in pulp mills. It is resistant to alkaline conditions and does not contain solvents or water. It is known for its excellent handling, good long-term efficiency, and very good knock-down efficiency.

PULPSIL® 246 C is a highly viscous, solvent-free, and water-free silicone antifoam compound specifically developed for use in pulp mills. It has excellent long-term efficiency and very good knock-down efficiency. The product is thixotropic, requiring weak stirring to reduce its viscosity. It also offers good handling during application. PULPSIL® 246 C is resistant to alkaline conditions and is designed to effectively control foam in pulp mill operations.

PULPSIL® 968 S is a hydrolytically stable silicone surfactant based on a water-dispersible polyether-modified silicone fluid. It was specifically developed for use in the pulp and paper industry. PULPSIL® 968 S offers the advantage of enhancing the efficiency of paper deaerators when used at a dosage range of 1.0% to 10.0% relative to the solid material of the deaerator.

PULPSIL® 255 C is a highly viscous, solvent-free, and water-free silicone antifoam compound specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It offers excellent efficiency in controlling foam. To achieve high efficiency, it is important to ensure proper dispersion of PULPSIL® 255 C in the foaming medium. This can be achieved by adding the product in its neat form, particularly when high amounts of surfactants and/or high shear forces are present to facilitate good dispersion.

PULPSIL® 960 S is a hydrolytically stable silicone surfactant based on a polyether-modified silicone fluid, designed specifically for use in the pulp and paper industry. This product is water-dispersible, allowing for easy incorporation into water-based systems. To achieve optimal dispersion, we suggest starting with water and gradually adding PULPSIL® 960 S while stirring continuously.

PULPSIL® 850 E is a highly concentrated, medium-viscous, and highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion, specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It is known for its excellent long-term efficiency and very good knock-down efficiency. The product boasts a high concentration of active material, ensuring superior performance. It is characterized by its low viscosity, making it easy to dose, as well as its excellent long-term efficiency and very good knock-down efficiency. PULPSIL® 745 E functions primarily as an antifoam agent and drainage aid, and it can be added at different stages of the manufacturing process.

LIOSIL® TS 533 E US is a specially developed solution of a functional silicone fluid designed for the tissue industry. It offers a good soft touch and excellent hydrophilicity. This product is easily diluted with water due to its low viscosity. It also exhibits high substantivity on cellulose fibers, allowing for effective absorption. Additionally, it is permeable to water vapor, ensuring optimal breathability.

SILFOAM® SE 55A is a silicone defoamer emulsion with a medium viscosity, containing 40% active ingredients. It is specifically formulated to control foam in aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 55A utilizes Wacker's advanced silicone defoamer technology, making it suitable for use in alkaline and high-temperature applications. This product exhibits excellent foam knockdown properties and provides significant antifoam effectiveness over time.

SILFOAM® SE 33 is a medium viscosity silicone defoamer emulsion with a 20% active ingredient content. It is specifically formulated to control foam in aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 33 is suitable for use in alkaline and high-temperature applications. This product offers excellent foam knockdown properties and provides longer-lasting prevention of foam reoccurrence compared to many conventional defoamers.

LIOSIL® TS 50 E is a specially developed microemulsion of a functional silicone fluid, designed as a softener specifically for the tissue industry. This product contains aloe vera, vitamin E, and a WACKER SILFOAM® antifoam agent. With its unique structure and orientation on cellulose fibers, LIOSIL® TS 50 E provides excellent softness and high hydrophilicity, resulting in a pleasant and gentle touch.

LIOSIL® MR 1003 is a nonionic micro emulsion of a reactive, aminofunctional silicone fluid. It offers excellent softness and a good hydrophilic nature. It can be easily diluted with water due to its low viscosity. The product exhibits high substantivity on cellulose fibers and allows water vapor permeability.

LIOSIL® TS 44 E US is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion of highly viscous polydimethylsiloxane. It is specifically designed for formulating tissue softeners. The active ingredient enhances the lubricity and softness of tissue. LIOSIL® TS 44 E US can be easily diluted with water to create a ready-to-use emulsion. However, determining the optimal conditions will require conducting individual tests. It is recommended to stir well before use.

SILFOAM® SC 201 is a 100% active, low-viscosity silicone defoamer compound based on Wacker's innovative polysiloxane and silica technology. It is highly efficient at controlling foam longer than most conventional defoamers in high-alkaline and high-temperature applications. SILFOAM® SC 201 can be used directly to control foam in oil- or solvent-based foaming systems. It can also be easily emulsified into an emulsion for defoaming in aqueous-based foaming systems.

LIOSIL® TS 533 is a specially developed aqueous solution of a functional silicone fluid, designed as a softener specifically for the tissue industry.
