ELASTOSIL® N291 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that can be vulcanized at room temperature or at high temperatures when exposed to atmospheric moisture. It is specifically designed for printing sealing patterns on various substrates, such as steel or cylinder head gaskets containing or free of sulfur. This can be achieved using silk-screen printing techniques.

ELASTOSIL® RT 778 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 778 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 250°C (482°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 774 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 774 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The compressible silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 140°C (284°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® E41 Transparent is a flowable, one-component silicone rubber with excellent mechanical properties that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent mechanical properties and has good adhesion properties to many substrates, in particular cured silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 White is a non-slump, non-corossive, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It is a multipurpose sealant and adhesive for the appliance, automotive, and electronics industries. Due to its shear-thinning nature, ELASTOSIL® N9111 White is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity.

SEMICOSIL® 987 GR is a one-part, ready-to-use, thermally curable silicone elastomer that exhibits non-slump properties. It is primarily used as a sealing adhesive. The silicone is thixotropic in nature, allowing for easy application and shaping. It offers high flexibility, making it suitable for low-stress adhesive bonding, such as in molded-in-place gasket (FIPG) applications. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 987 GR provides primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

ELASTOSIL® N189 Black is a non-slump, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and has good resistance to mineral oil and coolants. Additionally, it shows excellent heat stability.

ELASTOSIL® N294 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that vulcanizes either at room temperature or at high temperatures under the influence of atmospheric moisture. ELASTOSIL® N294 is available in blue and red colors. It is particularly suited for screen printing.

ELASTOSIL® RT 722 RB A/B is a thixotropic, two-component silicone sealing adhesive that cures to an elastomer through thermal curing. It is specifically designed for various sealing applications. This product is well-suited for use as a sealing adhesive for electronic control units, as well as for FIPG (formed-in-place gasket) applications in plastic and metal housings. It can also be used as a dam material for dam-and-fill applications and for sealing and gasketing of housings.

ELASTOSIL® E43 Transparent is a self-leveling, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent mechanical properties and has good adhesion properties to many substrates. In particular, it is used as adhesive on cured silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL N199 TRANSPARENT is a non-slump, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. ELASTOSIL® N199 Transparent exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates with high tear strength. It is a multipurpose adhesive and sealant for the electronics industry, with typical uses for CIPG- and FIPG-applications.

ELASTOSIL® E4 is a non-slump, acetoxy-cure, one-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits good heat stability, with permanent temperatures up to 180°C and peak temperatures up to 200°C. This product has excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates.

ELASTOSIL® RT 773 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. ELASTOSIL® N 2199 is a one-part, ready-to-use, acid- and solvent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 non-slumping paste that cures at room temperature to a permanently flexible silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent adhesion to a broad variety of substrates.

ELASTOSIL® RT 779 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with curing agent WACKER® Catalyst T 79, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber with outstanding oil resistance. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 779 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, motor oil, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® A59 Grey 01 is a self-leveling, one-component, amine-cure formulation that cures at room temperature by reaction with air humidity to form a flexible and durable silicone elastomer. It is particularly suited for screen printing on gaskets. The curing rate can be accelerated by heat exposure or exposure to carbon dioxide concentrations above 1% p.b.v.

ELASTOSIL® N 2189 is a non-slump, one-part alkoxy-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It shows primerless adhesion to many substrates, in particular cast magnesium. This product also exhibits good resistance against mineral oils.

ELASTOSIL® N288 is a low-viscosity, ready-to-use, neutral crosslinking silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent heat stability, excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, permanent temperature exposure up to 200 °C, and peak temperatures up to 250°C.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-part silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture and exhibits excellent adhesion to many substrates. Fully cured ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black has excellent flame retardant properties and shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight.

ELASTOSIL® A 2000 is a one-component, thixotropic sealant intended for gasketing and sealing applications where resistance to long-life lubricants (such as hypoid gear lubricant) under harsh conditions is required. It adheres to most substrates without priming and is resistant to hot lubricating oils.

SEMICOSIL® 989/1K is a one-part, ready-to-use silicone rubber that cures through thermal curing. It is non-slumpy and exhibits thixotropic properties, making it easy to handle and apply. This transparent silicone rubber has a medium hardness, providing a balance between flexibility and rigidity. It cures rapidly with heat and offers primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Grey is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Due to its shear-thinning nature, this product is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, like glass, aluminum, stainless steel, PA, and PBT.

ELASTOSIL® E47 Transparent is a non-slump, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows particularly excellent adhesion to cured silicone elastomers. Vulcanization can be accelerated by elevated temperatures (up to 80°C).

ELASTOSIL® A 442 is a one-component, thixotropic sealant intended for use where a soft, high-elongation material is to be used. It is particularly effective as an adhesive in applications where the bonded joint is subjected to relatively large movements in service.

ELASTOSIL® RT 624 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is commonly used for bonding and sealing applications as well as for creating cured-in-place gaskets of the dry type. This product is known for its high tear resistance and long pot life at ambient temperature.

ELASTOSIL® E43 N Black is a one-part, non-slump, self-leveling silicone adhesive. When exposed to air moisture, it cures at room temperature to yield a permanently flexible silicone rubber with very good mechanical properties. Fully cured ELASTOSIL® E43 N Black shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. The silicone elastomer may continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C without damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 624 "4S" A/B VS is a pourable, two-component thermal curing silicone specifically designed for fuel cell sealing applications. It features addition curing and offers excellent bonding and sealing capabilities, making it suitable for use in various applications such as cured-in-place gaskets (dry type) and fuel cells.

CHT Group SilSo Bond 14000 is a non-corrosive, neutral-cure, 1-part, RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) silicone adhesive sealant. It is one in a range of alkoxy cure products that are solvent-free. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and cures at room temperature to form a tough rubber when in contact with atmospheric moisture. This product will not corrode copper or its alloys and is suitable for use with electronic components.

RTV103 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapors are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. RTV102, RTV103, RTV106, RTV108, RTV109, RTV112, RTV116 and RTV118 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapors are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. Since all these sealants utilize a moisture cure system, they must not be used in thicknesses of greater than 6mm (1/4 in.). SR8850-2 is a pure silver-plated copper filled conductive RTV silicone sealant. This one-component electrically conductive silicone adhesive cures at room temperature when exposed to atmospheric moisture.The material has no corrosive by-products and has good adhesion properties to metals, plastics, silicones, ceramics and glass. SR8850-2 is provided as a one-part electrically conductive elastomer silicone adhesive sealant with a compatible primer. The adhesive has a continuous operating temperature of 125°C while conductivity is maintained when exposed to temperatures up to 200°C. The silicone cures when exposed to atmospheric conditions. The typical curing schedule is 48 hours at 25°Cand 60% relative humidity.
