SEMICOSIL® 924 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. It is a ready-to-use product, requiring no additional mixing. SEMICOSIL® 924 exhibits thixotropic flow, allowing for easy application. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. WACKER SilGel® 613 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber that undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in a highly flexible silicone gel. ELASTOSIL® RT 563 is a pourable, room-temperature-vulcanizing, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber. It exhibits excellent flow and high hardness. This product is specifically designed for encapsulating electronic components. To initiate the curing process, Catalyst T37 can be added for longer pot lives and curing times, or Catalyst T40 for shorter pot lives and curing times.

POWERSIL® GEL C 670 A/B is a two-component, addition-curing silicone mixture that cures at room temperature to a soft silicone gel. The gel is filled with a special lightweight filler, resulting in low density and compressibility. This unique compressibility makes the material suitable for applications in closed instruments without pressure compensation containers.
