ELASTOSIL® SC 870 A/B is a two-part silicone rubber designed for creating a thixotropic, addition-curing foam. The foam structure consists primarily of closed cells. Its exceptional rheology allows for the production of CIPG foam gaskets, even in complex 3D geometries.

ELASTOSIL® SC 835 A/B is a two-component silicone rubber that is flowable and addition-curing. It is specifically designed to form a closed cell foam structure. ELASTOSIL® SC 835 A/B is ideal for the production of heat-resistant foam gaskets in a flat design, particularly for use in CIPG (Cured-in-Place Gasket) applications.

CHT Group SilSo Lite 21025 is a two-part, room-temperature, platinum-cure, self-blowing silicone foam designed for liquid dispensing. This product is ideal for potting in applications where lightweight and thermal protection are required. Its viscosity profile enables excellent flow around components, and it is excellent for potting complex parts. The chemical composition results in a cured product that is hydrolytically stable as well as reversion-resistant. The cured product provides electrical insulation and physical shock resistance for components and enables environmental protection.

EC-1106F-LD is a low viscosity, easily pourable, epoxy syntactic foam. It features low density, good electrical insulation, and low shrinkage during cure. It is useful for potting and encapsulating components and modules where added weight is undesired but resistance to mechanical and thermal shock are prime considerations. Typical Applications includes potting or encapsulating densely packaged power supplies, integrated circuits, small transformers, capacitors bushings etc.

PETG FOAM offers advantages over traditional materials where low weight and sustainability are larger parts of an application’s fitness for use requirements. PETG FOAM is a reliable, safe alternative to high impact polystyrene (HIPS) in the opaque rigid medical packaging market. PETG FOAM also shows considerable manufacturing improvements over HIPS in terms of processing, waste reduction, and reduced cleaning; all resulting in lower overall processing costs.
