SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber with low viscosity. This product cures extremely fast when exposed to UV light, resulting in a soft silicone elastomer. SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A has a mixing ratio of 10:1 for its two parts and exhibits low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. It offers the advantage of extremely fast curing at room temperature after UV activation. The cured elastomer has low hardness (Shore 00). Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A contains a UV tracer, providing process control options during application.

SEMICOSIL® 942 UV A/B is a sprayable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber with low viscosity. This product cures extremely fast when exposed to UV light, resulting in a soft conformal coating. SEMICOSIL® 942 UV A/B exhibits low viscosity and shear-thinning properties, making it suitable for spray applications. It offers the advantage of extremely fast curing at room temperature after UV activation, as well as the ability for shadow curing. CHT Group ACC15 is a low-viscosity, 1-component, condensation-curing silicone coating. The uncured product can be applied by pouring or brushing and is readily cured into a tough, transparent rubber. It can be used to coat printed circuit boards to prevent the ingress of water and environmental contaminants.

UV Curable Conformal Coating 4200UV is a 1-part, UL-certified conformal coating formulated for rapid cure upon exposure to UV light. It is a low viscosity coating that retains high fluorescence after curing for ease of inspection, curing to a smooth, glass-like finish. The coating contains a secondary moisture cure mechanism that allows for curing in shadowed areas. 4200UV is a cost-effective option for large volume projects where both fast turn-around and higher throughput are required. 4223F is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset polyurethane conformal coating. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant, and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F protects printed circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. 4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge. 419C Acrylic Conformal Coating is an IPC-CC-830B and UL 94 V-0 certified, fast drying, xylene, and toluene free product. This one-part coating provides an excellent finish, is easy to use, and does not require special or costly equipment to apply. It is ideal for high moisture environments and applications requiring easy repair and rework. 419C coating protects electronic circuit against moisture, dirt, dust, and thermal shocks that could corrode, short circuit, or damage the electric component. It insulates against high-voltage arcing, shorts, and static discharges. As well, this coating provides a high dielectric withstand voltage that allows traces to be put closer together which helps with miniaturization.

Solvent-Free Conformal Coating ECC3011 is a one-component, low viscosity silicone conformal coating material that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a flexible elastomer protective coating. Staticide® 8695 Silicone Conformal Coating provides superior corrosion protection on flexible and ridged printed circuit boards. It is the perfect choice for high-temperature applications in high-humidity environments. Although not intended for outdoor use, this product provides protection against intermittent exposure to rain and salt on printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. This tough, transparent coating will not fragment, chip, or crack and provides exceptional acid resistance. Its maximum dielectric strength is 1100 volts/mil.

CC7130-PRTC is a low viscosity version of CC7130-PR for thin coating. It is a translucent coating liquid. It provides excellent protection for electronic components and devices that are highly sensitive to moisture. CC7130 PRTC, coated on PCB, provides more than 200 giga-ohm resistance at 1000 volt even when the board is in direct contact with salt water. It protects PCB to 1000 volt even after prolong exposure to 85CI85% humidity. In accelerated aging test, submerging in 5 wt% salt waters at 60°C, it protects copper surfaces for >24 hours. It is flexible to withstand extreme temperature cycles in Outdoor environment. CC7130-PRTC can easily be dispensed using conventional tools without vacuum deposition equipment. Compared to acrylic or urethane materials, CC7130-PRTC material has low moisture absorption and low moisture transmission rate.

Staticide® 8696 Urethane Conformal Coating is a super tough coating with excellent chemical resistance. It protects against acidic and alkaline substances, making it an ideal choice for many general applications such as HVAC, fire alarms, relays, generators, motors, transformers, and battery-operated devices. The dried coating is hydrophobic in nature with outstanding direct sun and UV exposure stability. Proven outstanding moisture and water barrier for proven protection of circuit boards for aeronautic electronics even when exposed to salt-spray hot ocean weather. The outstanding flexibility and adhesion on printed circuit board provide interfacial stress reduction in achieving long-term reliability. FLUROSEAL® SC7130-CC is a fluorinated polymer based conformal coating that are ideal for blocking moisture and corrosive gasses including sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and other corrosive gasses. lt can also be brushed or sprayed onto metals and joints to protect against corrosion.

Silcoat 7031 is a silicone sealing and conforaml coating compound.

Fine-L-Kote LED2 Silicone Coating is designed and formulated specifically for light emitting diode applications that require a completely transparent coating to provide a tough, extremely flexible protective coating. Fine-L-Kote™ LED2 offers the greatest flexibility for extreme temperatures on the flex and rigid circuitry found in LED displays, as well as an outstanding nonstick surface for soil repellency. Cured coatings are hydrolytically stable and retain their physical electrical properties even after being exposed to high temperatures and humidity without interfering with light wavelength or intensity. The Fine-L-Kote™ LED2 will not put any strain on delicate circuit components.

HumiSeal® 1A33 is a single component, polyurethane conformal coating, suitable for general printed circuit board applications. HumiSeal® 1A33 contains no free isocyanates and fluoresces under UV light for inspection purposes. HumiSeal® 1A33 coating is MIL-I-46058C qualified, IPC-CC-830B and RoHS Directive 2011/65/EC compliant and recognized under UL File Number E105698.

2K500 abrasion reisitant conformal coating is a hard, two-part polyurethane conformal coating system which provides the best protection properties of an encapsulation resin, with the ease of application of a conformal coating. It can be easily applied to provide excellent edge coverage, even areas with difficult geometries, this allows the highest levels of protection even in harsh environments. 2K500 is optically clear and maintains this clarity even after prolonged exposure to UV light making it a good choice to protect LED boards. It is also more abrasion resistant than 2K300 so it more suited to exposed applications.

Yincae® UVC 88G is a biocompatible hydrogel coating. It is a silver filled, one part epoxy conductive coating for glass and plastic surfaces. It features highly fluorescing, one part, 100% solid, dual cure acrylate polyurethane conformal coatings. They provide excellent chemical resistance, surface hardness, flexibility, and moisture resistance. After cure, these products provide excellent protection for all surfaces against dust, chemicals and harsh environmental factors. They also increase their biocompatibility and ability to retain relatively brilliant fluorescence, allowing coating inspection under UV light. The cure of shadow areas can be accomplished using a secondary heat cure.

HumiSeal® 1B18 is a single component, fast drying, acrylic conformal coating intended for use on printed circuit assemblies. HumiSeal® 1B18 demonstrates excellent flexibility and electrical properties, fluoresces under UV light for ease of inspection and is easily repaired. HumiSeal® 1B18 coating is RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC compliant, and recognized under UL File Number E105698.
