It is approved for GMW15702 and GS93016, and is typically used for lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements in the automotive and lighting markets. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be 80-110°C. To ensure optimal performance, the product should be stored in a dry place, away from light.

WIC PA66 15 N is a polyamide 66 base polymer with 15% carbon fiber filler and a natural (carbon optic) color. It has medium viscosity and is heat aging stabilized. For optimal performance, it should be pre-dried at 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 2-8 hours, depending on the moisture content which should not exceed 0.12%. The melt temperature should range between 280-300°C and the mold temperature should range between 80-120°C. In some cases, the increased thermal conductivity should be taken into account. This product is suitable for the Automotive, Sport, and other markets.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV GY1416-04LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler and additive system that is UV stabilized and features translucent, light scattering, and easy flow properties. It is suitable for automotive and lighting applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements and is approved by GS93016.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/578 UV is a UV stabilized polycarbonate base polymer suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and mold temperature of 80-110°C. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A60E 2GP0000 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with high viscosity, good weathering resistance, good chemical resistance, good ozone resistance, good hot air resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for use in automotive, building and construction, machinery, electrical and electronic, and furniture applications, such as for extruded parts, blow molded parts, coextrusion, profiles, seals, sealing lip, conduit, tubes, cable guides, cable jacketing, bellows, and air ducts. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2030/157.01 GF30 is a polypropylene homopolymer pre-dried in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 h or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 h. It is processed through injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. The material contains 30% glass fibers that are chemically coupled and heat stabilized, making it easy to flow. For injection molding, the recommended melt temperature is 270-310°C and mold temperature is 80-110°C. The maximum moisture content should not exceed <0.02%.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® AWL 10 WT1308-05LB is a base polymer composed of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer containing 10% special filler. It has special features such as high reflectivity and opacity and is used for automotive and lighting applications, such as light guides and reflectors. To process this polymer, injection molding with a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C should be used. It should also be stored in a dry, light-protected area.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® MBS A 1000/500 is a polystyrene copolymer that is processing stabilized, elastomer modified, and injection molding grade. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL ECO D50I 2GP0000 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) polymer recyclate with good weathering, chemical, ozone, hot air, and hydrolysis resistance. It is used for injection molded and blow molded parts such as seals, sealing lips, handles, racking/shelving, impact protection/shock absorber, protection caps, cable ducts, bellows, and 2K components. It has adhesion to polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, polyethylene, thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and thermoplastic elastomer general and is used in the automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture markets.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PBT+ABS A 2020/620 GF 20 UV is a highly UV and heat stabilized base polymer composed of Polybutylene Terephthalate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene with 20% glass fibers, suitable for various injection molded parts. Pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at a temperature of 90-115°C for 2-4 h depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.04%. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 250-280°C and mold temperature between 60-90°C.

WIPAFLEX TV 10 BK UV is a black composite material suitable for various automotive market segments. It contains polypropylene-polyethylene-EPDM as the base polymer and 10% talc filler. To achieve optimal processing conditions, it must be pre-dried at 60-100°C in an air-circulating dryer for 2-4 hours, depending on the initial moisture content, to ensure a maximum moisture content of 0.10%. MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9410-1 is a polymer consisting of a base polymer of Polyphenylene Sulfide with a filler/additive system of 45% glass fiber/mineral and 15% PTFE. It has improved sliding/wear, high stiffness, and low warpage and is typically used for bearing and sliding elements, and functional components in Automotive and Machinery markets. It requires processing injection molding with melt temperatures of 320-340°C and mold temperatures of greater than 140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content.

It is GS93016 approved and suitable for automotive and lighting applications, such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 2020/906 is a pre-drying acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer with 20% glass fibers. It is suitable for injection molding, with a melt temperature of 220-260°C and mold temperature of 50-80°C, offering high stiffness for various injection molded parts such as housings. To ensure optimal product performance, it should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS A 1000/240 FR is a high-impact modified polystyrene, suitable for various market segments and applications. It is flame retardant and can be processed in an injection molding machine with a melt temperature range of 180-280°C and a mold temperature range of 10-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT1068-07 is a 9% injection molding and 9% extrusion grade Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer (ABS). It is designed to meet wall thickness and color intensity requirements for different applications and operational areas. The base polymer is Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, and the filler/additive system is a laser sensitive additive, with a lubricant. The color is white, similar to RAL 9003 and RAL 9016, and the light fastness colorant is blue woolscale 8. It has special features such as being laser etchable (dark etching), impact modified, containing a slip agent, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/106 GY1116-20 is a pre-drying acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer with special features of easy flow and injection molding grade. It is typically used for sanitary articles, thin walled parts and other hygiene products and injection molded parts. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should range from 200-240°C and the mold temperature should range from 50-80°C. The maximum moisture content should be less than 0.20%. For pre-drying conditions, the material should be dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80°C for 2-4 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 80°C for 3-6 hours depending on the moisture content.

It contains recycled material, and is suitable for applications in the automotive, building and construction, and various market segments. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/1 PTFE10 is a polycarbonate-based material with 10% PTFE filler/additive system that provides improved sliding and wear. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LG PC 1000 UV 14094 CC1323-08 is a polycarbonate-based material that contains a special filler, antioxidant system, and is UV stabilized, with high light transmission and light scattering. This material is suitable for automotive and lighting applications, such as lamp covers and light guides, and is approved by GS93016. For processing, it should be injection molded at a melt temperature of 270-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA66 2030/510 GF30 IM is a polyamide 66 injection molding grade with 30% glass fibers, heat-stabilized, impact-modified, and easy-release (demolding). It is suitable for various market segments such as lighting and domestic appliances. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO ABS 2017/500 GF17 is a pre-drying condition Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer copolymer with 17% glass fibers. It is processed through injection molding with a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. The maximum moisture content is 0.05%, so pre-drying should be done in either a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours or an air circulating dryer for 3-8 hours depending on the moisture content. It is suitable for injection molded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 2010/121 GF10 IM UV is a polycarbonate-based material with a 10% glass fiber, impact modified filler/additive system and is UV stabilized and easy to release (demolding). It contains recycled material and is suitable for exterior parts in the automotive and various other market segments such as housings and racking/shelving. The material should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment and for processing injection molding, it should be done with a melt temperature of 310-330°C and a mold temperature of 80-130°C.
