Wine produced by Bravo will reveal nuances of red fruit (strawberries, cherries) and rich dark fruit (plum and prunes) with very good intensity. White Labs California V Ale Yeast WLP051 is a big ester producer, showcasing notes of cherry and apple which compliment pale ales, blonde and brown ales.
