Founded in 1981 in Bryan, OH, TRUFAST began manufacturing and distributing unique and better performing fastening solutions for the commercial roofing industry. As its product offering grew to include other engineered fastening solutions and accessories, the TRUFAST® brand developed a reputation for high-quality products and outstanding customer service.

In 2006, German-based ALTENLOH, BRINCK & CO. (ABC) – a global leader in the manufacturing of fastening solutions for the construction industries, and widely recognized for its SPAX® brand – acquired the ongoing TRUFAST operation. Later that year, ABC consolidated its North American facility from Baltimore, MD into the TRUFAST operation. SPAX® Construction Screws and PowerLags™, engineered for residential construction and remodeling, are sold through leading home improvement centers, hardware stores, and lumber and building material dealers.

As part of the integration of the TRUFAST and SPAX US operations, the TRUFAST Company became known as ALTENLOH, BRINCK & CO. U.S. Inc. in 2009.

TRUFAST is a well known name in the Commercial Roofing and SIP industries. TRUFAST products are manufactured by ALTENLOH, BRINCK &amp; CO US (ABC US) located in Bryan, Ohio. TRUFAST products are sold throughout North America and parts of Western Europe by roofing and building materials distributors, as well as under private labels for many leading brands in the commercial roofing and construction industries.

TRUFAST

TRUFAST® Roofing Adhesive is a two-component, low-rise, construction grade, polyurethane foam adhesive designed to adhere approved roof insulations, thermal barriers, cover boards and fleece backed single- ply membranes to acceptable substrates. This VOC, CFC, HCFC and solvent free adhesive is quickly and easily applied. Trufast Roofing Adhesive is applied in continuous ribbons or beads spaced 4”, 6” or 12” on center depending on the project and code requirements. FM approved assemblies over various deck types are available.
