Braskem HDB0358 is a bimodal high density polyethylene copolymer grade. Braskem D130C is a high bulk polypropylene homopolymer (HPP). Applications and suggested uses include fine denier staple fiber and high speed fiber spinning.

Braskem TI6120Q4 Polypropylene Impact Copolymer (ICP) provides extra high Izod impact, superior low temperature resistance, drop impact resistance, and good paint adhesion.

Braskem TI4450M is a polypropylene impact copolymer (ICP) with very high flexural modulus and high melt flow. Applications and suggested uses include compounding, automotive interior trim, intricately designed parts and thin-walled parts.

VESTAMID® D16 is a medium-viscosity Polyamide 612 compound for extrusion and injection molding applications such as monofilaments (e.g., toothbrush bristles). The material based on PA612 absorbs only small amounts of water, resulting in excellent dimensional stability of components under changing ambient humidity.

VESTAKEEP® 2000 G is a medium viscosity, unreinforced polyether ether ketone designed for injection molding applications. This semi-crystalline polymer offers superior thermal and chemical resistance, ensuring high-performance results. Parts manufactured from VESTAKEEP® 2000 G exhibit low flammability, enhancing safety. The material is compatible with common injection molding machines for thermoplastics, simplifying the manufacturing process. For optimal results, we recommend a melt temperature range of 360°C to 380°C during the injection molding process, with a mold temperature within 160°C to 200°C, preferably at 180°C.
