Duratel™ MF3
Polymer Name:
Polyacetal Copolymer (POM)
Nylene Duratel MF3 is a high-viscosity acetal co-polymer. Duratel MF3 has slightly higher toughness than standard MF9, and parts molded with MF3 should have thicker wall sections and shorter flow lengths to accommodate the higher viscosity. MF3 is suitable for such applications as clips, fasteners, gears, bushings and bearings, and other uses where long term creep and wear resistance are required.
Duratel™ MF27
Polymer Name:
Polyacetal Copolymer (POM)
Nylene Duratel MF27 is an unreinforced high-flow acetal co-polymer. Duratel MF27 has the high creep resistance, wear resistance, and outstanding chemical resistance inherent in acetal resins. MF27 is suitable for such applications as clips, fasteners, gears, bushings and bearings, and other uses where long term creep and wear resistance are required.
Duratel™ MF9
Polymer Name:
Polyacetal Copolymer (POM)
Nylene Duratel MF9 is an unreinforced general purpose acetal co-polymer. Duratel MF9 has the high creep resistance, wear resistance, and outstanding chemical resistance inherent in acetal resins. MF9 issuitable for such applications as clips, fasteners, gears, bushings and bearings, and other uses where long term creep and wear resistance are required.
Duratel™ MF9-PT20
Polymer Name:
Polyacetal Copolymer (POM)
Nylene Duratel MF9 is an un-reinforced general purpose acetal co-polymer. Duratel MF9 has the high creep resistance, wear resistance, and outstanding chemical resistance inherent in acetal resins. MF9 is suitable for such applications as clips, fasteners, gears, bushings and bearings, and other uses where long term creep and wear resistance are required
Nylene® 4121 HS

Impact Modifier
Flexural Modulus:
1585.0 - 1585.0 MPa
Impact-modified, heat-stabilized, nylon 6/6 molding resin with high impact strength possessing excellent wear properties
Nylene® 4120 HS
Polymer Name:
Polyamide 66 (PA 66)
Additives Included:
Impact Modifier
Flexural Modulus:
1705.0 - 1705.0 MPa
Impact-modified, heat-stabilized, nylon 6/6 molding resin with high impact strength Free of silicones, it possesses very low wear properties
Nylene® 451
Polymer Name:
Polyamide 6 (PA 6)
Processing Methods:
Injection Molding
Flexural Modulus:
2690.0 - 2690.0 MPa
Nylene Recommended for molding applications requiring both maximum durability and toughness Exceptional fatigue and wear resistance insure long product life to gears, bearings, cams, fasteners, and other load bearing parts Chemically resists oil and grease Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 460°F-480°F at the nozzle
Nylene® NX-1440C
Polymer Name:
Polyamide 6 (PA 6)
Additives Included:
Nucleating Agent
Flexural Modulus:
2895.0 - 2895.0 MPa
Nylene Medium viscosity, fast cycle molding resin.Crystallization initiators provide fast molding cycles through rapid melt set-up.Parts molded from NX1440 have better dimensional stability at moisture equilibrium than parts molded from conventional nylon.Suitable for such uses as clips and fasteners, bushings, small levers, gears, and window hardware.Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 460 - 480°F at the nozzle.
Nylene® 454
Polymer Name:
Polyamide 6 (PA 6)
Processing Methods:
Injection Molding
Additives Included:
Heat Stabilizer
Flexural Modulus:
2690.0 - 2690.0 MPa
Nylene Heat stabilized version of NYLENE 451 recommended for molding - Exceptional fatigue and wear resistance insure long product life to gears, bearings, cams, fasteners, and other load bearing parts Chemically resists oil and grease Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 460°F-480°F at the nozzle
