QuakeBond

QuakeBond™ UVC is a waterborne acrylic coating developed for coating epoxy composites. The coating dries quickly to provide a tough, UV-resistant. It also exhibits excellent hide, hardness, and crosshatch adhesion. Its low VOC makes it a natural choice for factory applications and reduces exposure and flammability issues associated with solvent-borne coatings.

QuakeBond™ UVC

QuakeBond™ 320LV (Low Viscosity Resin) is a two-component, high strength, low viscosity structural epoxy. The low viscosity makes this an ideal product for gravity feed. It can be used as a liquid binder for sand, aggregate or other mineral fillers to form cost-effective material to fill the annular space around piles when PileMedic® laminates are used. The resin cures underwater, making it suitable for the repair of submerged piles. The high compressive and tensile strength of this epoxy provides structural strength for the pile or pole in repairs using PileMedic® laminates. QuakeBond™ 320LV can be used in the repair of concrete, masonry, and wood structures. QuakeBond™ 320LV is a 100% solids formulation with low toxicity and low odor during the cure.

QuakeBond™ 401HCR is a high-quality epoxy novolac coating system with chemical resistance. This tightly crosslinked system cures in the presence of moisture and humidity with excellent mechanical properties. It contains no solvents (100% solids, zero VOC) and has minimal odor and toxicity.

QuakeBond™ 300SR (Saturating Resin) is a two-component, high-strength, low-viscosity structural epoxy-resin. The low viscosity and long pot life, with fast cure time, are designed for high-volume saturating of heavy reinforcement fabrics using an impregnator machine. Combined with carbon or glass reinforcement, 300SR Saturating Resin produces fiber composite laminates with exceptional strength, durability, and chemical resistance. The convenient color-coded components and the 2:1 volumetric mix ratio is user friendly. QuakeBond™ 300SR is a 100% solids formulation with low toxicity and low odor during the cure.

QuakeBond™ 220-TC (Tack coat) is a two-component high-strength structural epoxy resin designed for structural adhesion. This adhesive system trowels easily and has high tackiness. QuakeBond™ 220-TC is a 100% solids formulation with low toxicity, low odor during cure, and features a unique pot life of 130-minutes for longer workability.

QuakeBond™ 401HCAR is a high-quality epoxy novolac coating system with chemical and abrasion resistance. This tightly crosslinked system cures in the presence of moisture and humidity with excellent mechanical properties. It contains no solvents (100% solids, zero VOC) or carcinogens and has minimal odor and toxicity.

QuakeBond™ 220UR is a two-component high-strength structural epoxy adhesive designed for a variety of applications including underwater marine uses. This adhesive system trowels easily and has an immediate high tack consistency both in ambient and underwater construction. QuakeBond™ 220UR is a 100% solids formulation with low toxicity, low odor during the cure.

QuakeBond™ 220UR-SC (underwater - slow cure) is a two-component high-strength structural epoxy-resin designed for a variety of applications including underwater marine uses. This adhesive system trowels easily and has a non-sag, high-tack consistency both in ambient and underwater conditions. QuakeBond™ 220UR-SC is a 100% solids formulation with low toxicity and low odor during cure and features a unique pot life of 90-minutes for applications where extended working time is required.
