Our manufacturing facility in New Castle, Delaware is located 25 miles from the Port of Philadelphia, 60 miles from the Port of Baltimore and 120 miles from New York City offering several convenient port options on all domestic and foreign shipments.

Chemlube® 600 series are fully synthetic and have been formulated from premium polyalphaolefins (PAO) base fluids for enclosed gear systems requiring ashless antioxidants and anti-wear. These oils have been designed to provide proper lubrication under hydrodynamic and mild boundary lubrication conditions. They are recommended for gear systems where moderate loads and high temperatures are expected, including worm gears containing soft metals such as bronze, brass and copper.

Ultrachem Chemlube

Ultrachem P-ACO Series is a group of high performance, multifunctional lubricants designed for use in many industrial applications. These are considered environmentally friendly since they are zinc free. These premium petroleum oils are Ultrachem’s answer for petroleum oils where OEM specifications are critical. They are very useful where frequent change outs are necessary due to poor environments prone to contamination from dust, acids, solvents, gasses, or other contaminants. The P-ACO Series has a service life of 2,000 – 4,000 hours under good operating conditions in rotary screw compressors and up to 2,000 hours in reciprocating compressors. The additive chemistry found in this series provides high performance ashless hydraulic fluids and compressor oils with antiwear properties.

Chemlube® 622 is a full synthetic, PAO-based product line designed for a wide variety of rotating equipment. This series is recommended for gear drives, hydraulic systems, compressors, and pumps where moderate to heavy loads and high temperatures are expected. Built with the latest component technology, this product provides outstanding and balanced performance in demanding applications in a package unique to the industry.

Chemlube® 622

Ultrachem® PS68 is a blend of synthetic and premium petroleum base fluids designed for use in rotary screw, rotary vane and reciprocating air compressors. The unique additive systems and highest quality synthetic components in these products make them greatly superior to petroleum products. This product extends service life up to 4,000 hours in rotary screw compressors under good operating conditions. Air Release &amp; prevention of foaming are critical performance characteristics in a compressor oil, ensuring reliable start-up and continuous compressed air availability. PS series are designed to provide rapid air release without excessive foaming to give trouble free operation even under cycling conditions.

Ultrachem® PS68

VP 22 is designed for use in liquid ring vacuum pumps. They are based on severely hydro-treated paraffinic oils with a superior additive package that includes antioxidants, anti-wear additives, corrosion protection and pour point depressants. They are compatible with petroleum oils and PAO's. It is highly refined, premium detergent free oils designed for vacuum pump use. These oils are characterized by an outstanding lubricating performance where oxidation, rust and high bearing and gear loading are not problems. They have excellent oxidation resistance and water separation.

Ultrachem VP 22

Ultrachem® P-ACO 46 is a high performing, multifunctional lubricant designed for use in many industrial applications. These are considered environmentally friendly since they are zinc free. Chemlube® 724

Omnilube® 2  is a fully synthetic multi-purpose EP grease formulated for use in a wide variety of applications where plastic compatibility is required. Omnilube 2 provides optimum anti-wear performance, mechanical stability, corrosion protection and oxidation resistance under almost all load and speed conditions. This EP grease is water proof and will eliminate the need for multiple special greases. Omnilube 2 does not contain a tackifier.
