Elastron D is a brand name of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) block copolymers that behaves like rubber properties under room temperature and has advantage of easy processing. Generally, Elastron SBS products are suitable for indoor applications because they do not resist to UV and heat. These materials are especially preferred for hand tools, home appliances and mechanical parts.

Neoplast™ family of TPV compounds are primarily based on PP/EPDM chemistry, providing high elasticity at low and high temperatures, excellent compression set, UV resistance and melt processability.Neoplast™ is well suited for applications that require rubber like properties such as better compression set, resiliency, tension set, flex fatigue performance and overall higher mechanical properties.

ECO-FLEX RTPV, a recycled rubber based TPV, combines the performance characteristics of rubber, such as flexibility and anti-skid, with the processing ease of conventional thermoplastic materials. ECO-FLEX RTPV grades have replaced thermoset rubber in automotive applications such radiator air deflectors, gas tank strap pads and splash shields at several OEMs including Ford, GM and Chrysler.

Spectabio grades are biopolymer compounds significantly reinforced with bamboo fiber, husk, wheat straw, wood powder or any natural fiber.

Paraclean NBR has been developed to provide a low residue, fast curing grade of N%5. 3araclean grades are cold polymerized for best processing characteristics.

Silicone polyethers, or silicone surfactants, contain both a water-insoluble silicone backbone and a number of water-soluble polyether pendant groups. The ratio of the silicone to polyether, and the molecular weight and composition of the components determine the solubility and specific properties of a product. These products exist as multi-pendant and linear di-functional polymers. Siltech offers a broad range of silicone polyethers as well as custom-designed products for specific applications. These are also available in cosmetic grades, where they are commonly referred to as dimethicone copolyols. These products are widely used as emulsifiers, foaming agents, solubilizers and softeners. They are also used in many inks and coatings formulations were they add slip, mar resistance and leveling.

Styrene-butadiene block copolymers are polymerized in solution and present different structures, linear, radial and multiarm. They are free flowing materials that show different viscosities to adapt their properties to the multiple applications where they can be used in. Lower linear molecular weight grades offer very good flowability, are appreciated for their transparency and easy processability. Radial grades show higher melt strength, and offer higher mechanical properties with a high modification performance. Multiarm grades show a combination of low viscosity with temperature resistance. This performance make them suitable for a wide range of applications such as technical compounding, adhesives and sealants, bitumen modification for road pavements and waterproofing membranes. They are also used in shoe sole applications and polymer modification. They comply with different food contact applications. Typical physical aspects can go from fluffy crumbs to powder versions.

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Paracril NBR grades are produced by cold and hot polymerization process. The cold process yields linear polymers with good processing characteristics and solubility in polar solvents. The hot polymerization process leads to more branching. Branching in the hot Paracril grades is more developed in the higher viscosity grades. The hot polymers offer improved green strength. &rosslinNed 3aracril N%5 grades are unique in processing and function.

The Cri-Line® compounds described in this site are fully formulated high performance compounds, developed, tested and guaranteed by Cri-Tech, Inc. Among them are products for most major FKM end-use applications and manufacturing processes. NORYL GTX blends polyamide (PA) and modified polyphenylene ether polymer (PPE) technology. It combines the dimensional stability, low water absorption and heat resistance of PPE polymer with the chemical resistance and flow of PA polymer. The result is an extremely chemically resistant material with the stiffness, impact resistance and heat performance required for on-line painting. The low density of unfilled NORYL GTX resin can provide part-weight savings of up to 25% over glass or mineral filled resins.
