Preparation:
Procedure
Disperse the AMILAN Guar 39 in the water for 10 min.
Neutralise with Citric Acid.
Blend the ingredients of phase B in the given order to phase A
while stirring. Add phase C.
Adjust the pH value with citric acid to 5.8.
