Sustainability And Flexibility
TeraBond is a powder, twelve times more concentrated than Olaplexâ Step
- It can be used as-is and added directly to salon processes.
- It can also be formulated into two-part salon systems as well as at-home treatments
Hair Lightening
Virgin black hair tresses repeatedly bleached (50 minutes, five times, 40 vol developer) followed by an extreme two hour bleaching. Trained panel evaluated the No Treatment, TeraBond and Olaplex treated tresses.
Moisture Resistance
TeraBond repairs keratin bonds which allows hair to repel moisture.

Color Treatment
Untreated tress:
- Dull, blurred (diffracted) shine band
- Thinner fibers and lower tress volume (thin and flat)
Bond Multiplier tresses:
- TeraBond and Olaplex create distinct, bright white shine bands
- Visibly thicker individual fibers and tress volume
Color Fastness
The photo below shows detergent washing of colored hair. The middle photo was TeraBond treated and very little dye. The Untreated (left) and Olaplex (right) had high levels of dye removed form hair during washing.
