FAIRPRENE® ND-1625 is Nitrile (Buna-N) coated nylon for die cut diaphragm applications requiring a substrate performance that does not allow wicking or air migration through the re-enforcement. The combination of a nitrile coating and synthetic textile produces a coated fabric with excellent performance in flexible diaphragm applications.

FAIRPRENE®EXP-15WF Alpha's code EXP-15WF is a fluorosilicone coated polyester that has a nominal temperature range of -65˚F to 300˚F. The Fluorosilicone used in the manufacturing process is a premium polymer providing excellent chemical and fuel resistance. Using polyester as the re-enforcement substrate provides good stability for the fluorosilicone in dynamic applications. The EXP-15WF offers excellent chemical resistance in many different fuel mixtures over a broad temperature range.
