For the control of coccidiósis caused by Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuerni in replacement calves. This product contains 36.3 milligrams of of lasalocid per pound. Feed to provide 45.4 milligrams of lasalocid per 100 pounds (1 mg/2.2 Ibs) of body weight daily. Feed during periods of coccidiosis exposure or when experience indicates coccidiosis is likely to be a problem.

In any calf-raising program, it is important that calves receive high quality colostrum or Secure Calf Colostrum Replacer within two hours of birth. Begin feeding milk replacer at the second feeding
Mixing
Sprinkle 10 oz (0.63 Ib) of milk replacer powder into 2 quarts warm water (110° F) and mix thoroughly. Mix reconstituted milk replacer as needed for immediate feeding. With large batches, agitate mix for individual dispensing to minimize settling and feeding of improper levels mg of lasalocid, and 2.13 mg of diflubenzuron. Each quart of milk replacer will contain 11.34 mg of lasalocid, and 2.13 mg of diflubenzuron
Feedin
Introduce milk replacer on Day 2. Feed as listed below twice per day to provide 45.4 mg of lasalocid per 100 Ib body weight daily.

Existing adult flies will not be affected. Start feeding 30 days before flies begin to appear and continue feeding until cold weather restricts fly activity. In some cases supplemental control measures may be needed in and around bams and calf hutches to control adult house and stable flies, which can breed in other decaying organic matter or silage in the area, or that migrate in from other locations.
Cold Weather Feeding: Add 1-2 oz per feeding of Calf Energize, a high-quality hi-fat source, to increase the total energy level of the milk replacer during periods of cold stress.

- Provide fresh, clean water at all times.
- Thoroughly clean mixing/feeding equipment after each feeding.
- Introduce calf starter by at least 7 days of age.
- Wean calves when eating at least 2 Ib calf starter per head per day for 3 consecutive days.
- Introduce good quality hay after weaning.

The safety of lasalocid in unapproved species has not been established. Do not allow horses or other equines access to feeds containing lasalocid as ingestion may be fatal.
Warning: Withdrawal period has not been established for lasa- locid in pre-ruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal.
