    • 1 box Bloomfield Farms® Muffin Mix
    • 2 large eggs (or egg substitute)
    • 1 cup of milk (or milk substitute)
    • 1/3 cup cooking oil
    • 1/2 tsp. gluten free vanilla
    • Mix it up!
    • Try adding 1 cup blueberries, chocolate chips or chopped nuts to your muffin batter for a fun twist on the original recipe!

    Muffin Directions

    1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
    2. Lightly grease muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
    3. Combine egg, milk, oil and vanilla in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
    4. Place Bloomfield Farms® Muffin Mix in a separate bowl and slowly add liquid ingredients prepared in Step 3. Gently hand mix with a spoon or spatula. Do not over-mix.
    5. Spoon batter into muffin tin, making sure each tin is 34 full. Tap pan on counter to level muffin batter.
    6. Place tin on middle rack in oven and bake 25-30 minutes or until done. Makes approximately 18 muffins.
