Hardener Notes

The recommended hardeners are alternative. Do not use the hardened product at temperatures above 30°C, the high temperature reduces the pot life.

Product preparation notes : Ready to use. After mixing the hardener, dilute at maximum 10% with water if necessary.

Drying and cross-linking information

The figures indicated serve as a guide and are for reference. The drying time depends on the substrate, coat thickness, temperature, relative atmospheric humidity and ventilation.

N.B.
  • Mix well before use, the presence of a slight laying on the bottom is not a sign of deterioration and it is sufficient to carefully mix it to use it.
  • Apply at temperatures above 15°C and maximum relative humidity of 65%.
  • All paint are sensitive to some particularly aggressive products used for cleaning surfaces (ammonia detergents, solvents, sodium hypochlorite, high concentration ethyl alcohol, concentrated acids, detergents with abrasives, etc.), which could compromise the integrity of the finishes. To avoid any kind of inconvenience, the painted surfaces must always be cleaned with aqueous detergents with a neutral pH.
  • In case of application on aluminum and plastic materials, the support must be adequately prepared for painting (sanding, washing, etc.). Given the variety of materials available on the market, it is necessary to carry out preliminary adhesion tests before starting work.
  • For aluminum, in order to improve the adhesion of the paint, it is recommended to also add the additive AD33 at 2% to the first component before the hardener.
