Compostable® 7003 Polylactic acid. It is BPI certified for industrial compostability of thermoformed sheet with a maximum thickness of 60 mils (1.50 mm). It is starch-based and gluten-free, made from corn, tapioca and potato starches that primarily come from the American Midwest (versus oil from the Middle East).
