Product Features
  • Ingredients from Pollution-free Farm

The raw ingredients for BraziZyme® originate from the Pantanal Wetland, a World Natural Heritage site located in the southern part of Brazil. The fruits and vegetables used in BraziZyme® are harvested from soil rich in nutrients, where pesticides and chemical fertilizers have never been employed. This pollution-free property endows several key distinguishing features to BraziZyme®.

  • Fermented by Ultra-Soft Spring Water

In the underground rock layer, situated 1,500 meters below the Brazilian farm, five springs were formed approximately 350 years ago. These springs contain water with a remarkably balanced mineral content, resulting in ultra-soft water with a hardness level of 1.2. This ultra-soft groundwater is an exceptionally rare find worldwide, and its unparalleled capacity to extract plant nutrients far surpasses that of typical fresh water sources.

  • Tertiary Stages Fermentation Process

Currently, most detox enzymes available on the market is not fermented by fresh fruits and vegetables but juices, because it takes much shorter time, normally ranged from 2-7 days to accomplish the whole manufacturing process.

Dr. Kushi, however, firmly believes that many essential nutrients are concentrated in the skins and seeds of plants. In contrast to other detox enzymes that rely solely on fermented fruit juice, BraziZyme® utilizes fresh fruits and vegetables for fermentation. This approach is the key reason why BraziZyme® boasts a high fiber content of over 70%.

Furthermore, BraziZyme® undergoes an additional 6 to 9 months of tertiary fermentation, accumulating a total of 3 years of aging and fermentation. This extended process fully harnesses the natural yeast, lactic acid bacteria, and acetic acid bacteria present. Through this meticulous fermentation, BraziZyme® acquires a purer flavor, a richer fiber content, and enzymes with heightened activity, superior stability, and enhanced efficacy.
