CLiQSMART 1014 shows better emulsification properties than most mineral oil based defoamers. The productcan be added at nearly any production step of pigmented systems with appropriate agitation.
CLiQSMART 1014 showsexcellentefficiency to reduce both production and application foam, it gives superior long-termperformance and is stable over a wide pH and temperature range.

CLiQSMART 1014 is easy to incorporate and can be added at nearly any production step with appropriate agitation. In most cases the defoamer addition is split between the grinding and let-down stage. A loading level between 0.1-0.6% on total is typically sufficient to achieve the desired defoaming effect. The optimum loading level should be determined for each system individually.
CLiQSMART 1014 is compatible with most aqueous binders used for mid-to-high pvc latex paints, emulsion based plasters and adhesive systems. However, it is suggested to evaluate the compatibility of the product in each individual formulation.
