Substrate preparation (requires a dry, clean and cohesive substrate)

Thorough mixing of the paint

Dilute the paint (if required by the application) with Corodur thinner

Possible applications: brush, roller, air gun, airless. The paint is applied to form an even, solid paint film. It is advisable to apply one extra coat of paint on the edges and the sharp surface profile.

Recommended dry film thickness: 60 - 80 microns

The paint cures with air humidity at temperatures above 0°C. The next layer of paint film can be applied after 3 - 6 hours at the earliest.

The primer is not intended to be exposed to the weather, so it is combined with topcoats or enamels. Suitable top coats are, for example, HODOPUR enamels.

Keep unused paint free of air and moisture. Clean application aids continuously, after curing the paint is difficult to remove.
