Black Polyimide Tape : Black Polyimide tape offers outstanding thermal resistance and excellent electrical insulating properties. It also offers excellent light shielding, low reflectivity, and provides a great esthetics look to the end product.

Black polyimide film exhibits an excellent balance of physical, chemical, and electrical properties over a wide temperature range, with superior dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. These characteristics make it ideal for use in many industrial applications where opacity, low reflectivity, or esthetics are required. Black polyimide film can also be loaded with conductive carbons to produce films with surface resistivity, making it electrically conductive or static dissipative. It is great for ESD or anti-static applications. The resistive property is throughout the bulk of the film, so it cannot be cracked, rubbed off or otherwise easily damaged, as is often the case with surface coatings or metallization. Also available with adhesive, Black Polyimide Tape.
