- Dose
- OLEASE L PLUS is a concentrated product normally used at a dose of 50 grams per ton of processed olives.
- The dose must be adjusted in the oil mill as it depends, amongst other things, on factors such as the extraction procedure, the olive variety, the maturity in harvesting and the fusty time.
- Form of Use
- After production for 24 hours, the necessary consumption of product is calculated. This amount is taken and diluted in a tank with drinking water at a rate of one part of enzyme in 9 parts of water (1/10).
- This mixture is dosed at 500 grams per ton on the olive paste, at the output of the mill by means of a dosing pump connected to it. It is best not to keep the enzyme diluted more than one day, but to prepare the working solution each day.
