Deco-Chem began with an American dream. A dream commonly shared by many people in this great land. It started with a family — moving from Kansas City, Missouri, to Mishawaka, Indiana in the Fall of 1972. Dwight Davis, accompanied by his step-son, Troy Esposito, and his sheltie, Chamois, rented a truck to carry all of his worldly belongings and began his journey toward a new destination. His wife, Carol, and their new baby, Brent, had previously flown to the area and awaited his arrival.

Deco-Chem’s Static Cling Ink Series is a leader of UV gloss, flat, textured and color coatings for static cling substrates. It’s the perfect ink choice for applications involving labels, window graphics, signs and decals. Static Cling ink exhibits outstanding flexibility and adhesion while still maintaining a tough surface.

Deco-Chem’s Mirror Etch Resist inks are applied to the back of a mirror. Special chemicals will take away all of the mirror coating except for the etch resist, leaving a second surface mirror image where the Mirror Etch Resist was printed.

The Myflex series is a unique and sophisticated blend of polymers that demonstrates unusual toughness, flexibility, adhesion, gloss, and weatherability. The nature of the system requires uncommon solvents to achieve solution. As a result, the printed film has resistance to a variety of solvents and chemicals. Myflex is especially formulated for and has a natural adhesion to raw polyester film such as Mylar.

A very light tack base meant for quick release where it is needed. It remains tacky for multiple runs and resists ambient dust accumulation. The PSTB cures rapidly and is low odor.

Deco Chem’s Grip Coating provides a slip resistant surface for interior use. Grip Coating uses a blend of oligomers and monomers that give a soft, rubbery surface without the addition of abrasive textures. Grip Coating is highly scratch resistant even with thicker coatings and adheres to a variety of different plastics, films and papers.

Deco-Chem’s Conductive Inks are low electrical resistance properties. The main applications of Conductive Inks are for membrane switches, RFID antennas, and printed conductors. Deco-Chem’s conductive inks exhibit excellent flexibility and fast curing properties. This is a one part system ready to print straight from the container.

Deco-Chem’s Brush Resist is an excellent choice for conventional curing is a temporary protective panel that adheres to metal products. The Brush Resist provides scratch or corrosion protection during manufacturing processes. The dry film is firm and non-tacky. Removal of the Brush Resist can be achieved using commercial concentrations of alkali solutions.

When properly cured, Deco-Chem’s Dry Erase ink becomes a rigid, transparent coating with outstanding chemical resistance. Use dry erase markers to mark the surface and wipe clean with a dry cloth without marring the surface.
