Dioki GPPS

DİOKİ EPS®, is an expandable polystyrene with excellent whiteness, high swelling performance and mechanical properties, which are equipped with high-performance features that are specific to the field of use. DİOKİ EPS R® is white beads contains pentane as blowing agent. Each bead’s density is 1,05 kg/m³, bulk density is approx. 600 kg/m³ DİOKİ EPS R® is a polymer has high quality, has perfect expansion properties. It is specially produced for the production of food contact products.

Dioki EPS® 20R

Dioki GPPS® 615 is transparent general purpose polystyrene exhibiting excellent optical properties, good melt flow properties. Dioki GPPS® 615 is especially intended for injection molding of thin-walled products having good optical properties. This polystyrene grade exhibits excellent processability with short processing cycles.

Dioki GPPS® 607 is transparent general purpose polystyrene exhibiting good melt flow properties. Dioki GPPS® 607 is basically intended for extrusion, foam extrusion and injection molding of thick-walled molded products. This polystyrene grade is characterized by good thermal and dimensional stability of molded products.

DİOKİ EPS F® is white beads contains internal non-HBCD flame retardant additive and pentane as blowing agent. It is not recommend for use in food contact applications. It is specially produced for the production of incombustible products. It does not include in HBCD.

DİOKİ HIPS 703® has excellent resistance to hydrocarbons used in the fridge sector as blowing agent for PU insulating foams. This polystyrene grade is characterized by high impact strength and good tensile strength.
