- Eliminate chromium pre-washes and chromium-based primers.
- Eliminate costly and dangerous hazmat spraying and disposal.
- Eliminate the need to prime and paint at the same time.
- Magnesium-based primers protect aluminum from filaform corrosion, poor adhesion, and premature paint system failure.
- One single spray coat cold anodizes the surface, creates superior adhesion, and protects against filaform corrosion.
- The surface remains flexible and durable allowing your pre-primed aluminum to be stored for up to one year without worry of oxidation on the surface. Oven-cure for faster turnaround time.
- Revolutionize your painting process while increasing efficiency and dramatically lowering the cost. Your spray booth will be free from carcinogens and your surface prep time will be cut in half.

- Recommended Uses
Prepared aluminum surfaces in demanding industrial and chloride-rich environments:
- Naval and maritime vessels
- Superstructures and antennae
- Construction equipment
- Ground vehicles
- Support equipment
- Multi-metal rivets and joints
- Recommended System
- Aluminum : 2000, 5000, 6000, 7000 Series, Cr-free pretreatment, any Cr-free topcoat
- Multimetal : Primarily aluminum + any metal fastened together
- Structures & Components : Cr-free pretreatment, High performance topcoat (e.g. non-chromate fluoro polyurethane)
- Applications
Originally developed for the U.S. Air Force to apply on airplanes, this technology has been optimized for use on amphibious vehicles and various saltwater applications: yachts, superstructures and construction. Superb for all aluminum alloys, including 2024, 7075, 6061, 5052 and also works well on metal-to-metal joints, rivets and stress points with other metal alloys.
