- Excellent By-pass Energy For Your Milk Cows
- Improving energy supply for highly dairy cows.
- Stable in the rumen, and highly digestible in the small intestine.
- Profitable milk production insurance.
- Sustainable and palm fat-free.
- It is also a valuable source of highly digestible protein, reach in sulphuric amino acids, which are extremely important for liver fitness and overall energy supply of animals.
- RUPIOL supplies not only high quality rumen-protected fat from oilseed rape and sunflower seeds but also other important constituents. This makes RUPIOL Sunline so valuable for your dairy cows.
- Advantages
- Reliable source of energy for high milk yield and quality milk composition. RUPIOL Sunline is a highly concentrated source of By-pass energy. It contains a high level of quality, borage-stable oils and vegetable fats, easily digested in the small intestine. It contains easily fermentable structural carbohydrates, also protected from degradation in the rumen, but easily digestible in the gut.
- A reliable source of protein for high milk yield and quality milk composition. Rupiol Sunline provides a high-value Bypass protein with glucogenic amino acids to enable the development of milk protein for highly productive cows.
- Safe metabolic support for stable production: polyunsaturated fatty acids in By-pass rapeseed oil are released in the small intestine and used in the necessary metabolic processes.
- Answers to important questions - RUPIOL Sunline consists of genetically unmodified raw materials procured from regionally contracted farmers and is a VLOG certified product. It is a unique substitute for palm oil in systems where it must not be used.
- Experienced in practice and safe - RUPIOL Sunline is successfully used on many European farms. It also has all the necessary certificates necessary in milk production: QS, VLOG, GMP +, A-FTUTTER, AMA pastus +.
- Nature, Sustainability & Profitability
The energy requirements of dairy cows, especially in the first third of lactation, can only be satisfied by concentrates that don't affect rumen digestion in a negative way, In practice, palm fat products are successfully and widely used in this situation. Therefore, alternative bypass energy sources that can completely and safely replace palm fat and ensure the profitability of the milk production have to be benchmarked against palm fat. RUPIOL. Sunline has been developed for this purpose.
Applications & Uses
- Markets
- Rupiol Sunline Production Process
RUPIOL Sunline is made of non GMO components grown regionally by contract farmers. We combine these components using our unique Modular Processing Feed Technology. A
regional oil mill produces rapeseed expellers which are then hydrothermally pressure treated to enhance digestibility. This expeller is then saturated with highly digestible cold-pressed
rapeseed oil. In the final step the particles are then coated with our speclally developed sunflower fat Sunline. This coating gives protection from rumen degradation.

* Energy exchange factor for 1kg fractionated palm fat.
** The treatment also protects the structural carbohydrates in Rupiol Sunline from degradation in the rumen. Thus these nutrients are available in the intestine for fermentation and as an additional source of energy for the dairy cow.

Technical Details & Test Data
- On Farm Experience With Rupiol Sunline
Field trials and diverse experiences show RUPIOL Sunline improves the energy supply of high-yielding cows. It is an excellent, sustainable and proven alternative to palm fat.
- Technical Details & Test Data
The result is an innovative bypass energy concentrate with at least 35% total fats and ails and 22 protein content, highly stable in the rumen and highly digestible in the small intestine. Hydrothermally processed and then rumen-protected hemicelluloses and NFC (19%) are an additional source of energy for digestion in the dairy cow's intestines.
1 kg RUPIOL Sunline replace 600g fractionated palm fat (palm fat equivalent of 1.67) or 750g saponated rumen bypass fat (equivalent of 1.33), respectively.
