- Combine phase “A” ingredients and mix until pigments are completely dispersed.
- Add phase “B” waxes to phase “A” with propeller mixing.
- Heat to 85°C and mix until completely uniform and waxes have melted.
- Discontinue heat and add phase “C” ingredients to main batch one at a time.
- Cool to 70°C and pour into suitable packaging.
