Features: IPC System 1A is a zinc phosphate coating designed to provide heavyweight deposit.

ASTM F1137 Compliant.

Ideal for parts with surface profile restrictions.

Both systems are excellent surface preparation for IPC System 4 & System 9 coatings.

Both systems are chemically deposited and are resistant to flaking.
Specific Advantages: Costeffective when used independently or as a pretreatment to resist corrosion.

Provides high wear and friction resistance.

Improve adhesion and corrosion resistance when used as pretreatment for IPC system 4 & 9.

Uniform and consistent coating weight deposit.
