Preparation:
Procedure
Combine the MERQUAT 2001 and the water and mix well. In a separate
vessel, combine the silicone and the Standapol A and homogenize until
uniform. Combine Parts A and B and heat to 65°C. Add the ingredients
in Part C in the order listed, cool to room temperature and adjust the pH
