Kor-Chem NPHO Series High Opacity Direct Print Plastisol Ink is formulated with our chemically advanced Easy Print technology that allows for simplicity and optimal performance on press. The economical line of press ready plastisol inks are designed for direct printing on 100% cotton and cotton/poly blends. The inks are formulated for maximum print speed with minimal ink build-up on the back of the screens when printing wet-on-wet.

The DURACOAT ANTI-STATIC LACQUER SF-0022 (#09004) is a high gloss overprint varnish with superior rub resistance. The static electric charge on the substrate material is effectively eliminated by DuraCoat Anti-Static Lacquer.

Kor-Chem HS Series Hot Split Transfer Ink is known for its outstanding opacity and performance. DURAFLEX FF is a premium solvent-borne flexo ink that achieves outstanding results on film and foil substrates. These inks are created with the most recent resin and pigment technology, resulting in high press speeds and a wide adhesion latitude. The FF series is designed for medium heat resistance applications, with a high gloss and scuff resistance.

The DURACOAT VINYL OPV ALCOHOL RESISTANT V-0162 (#09139) is a product. This overprint varnish is ideal for applications requiring alcohol resistance. The vinyl copolymer system has excellent toughness and permanent flexibility, as well as high abrasion and stain resistance.

Kor-Chem SOHT Series Super Opaque Transfer Ink is a very opaque ink that is formulated to give the appearance of a direct print. These inks exhibit outstanding opacity even when printed on dark fabrics without a white underlay. SOHT inks are excellent on press and have been formulated to provide major improvements on printability over competitive inks.

DURACOAT HR OVERPRINT VARNISH HR-269 (#09002) is a high heat resistant flexible packaging OPV that dries quickly. DuraCoat HR OPV has excellent rub, scuff, and abrasion resistance, as well as a high gloss finish.

DURACOAT MICROWAVE OPV RD-22-A (#09003) is a microwave safe overprint varnish with excellent adhesion to a variety of flexible packaging substrates. The high gloss coating offers excellent print and surface protection, as well as scuff resistance and water and stain resistance.
